Close your eyes and take a big inhale.

Fully filling your lungs and slowly exhaling,

Releasing any tension.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in focus,

Clarity,

And compassion.

And then exhale,

Letting out of distractions,

Doubt,

Or anything that doesn't serve you today.

Feel yourself settling into this moment,

Grounded,

Present,

And open.

Now bring to mind a time when you showed up as a mindful leader,

A time when you were present,

Thoughtful,

And guided by both clarity and care.

See yourself in that moment,

How you carried yourself,

How you listened,

How you led with intention.

Notice the energy you embodied,

The way you inspired,

Supported,

And created space for others.

With each inhale,

Breathe in more of that energy.

With each exhale,

Release anything that clouds your focus or pulls you away from your highest self.

Now gently place your hand over your heart and recite to yourself,

I cultivate focus,

Clarity,

And compassion in service of myself and others.

Feel those words anchoring within you,

Becoming part of your foundation today.

As you prepare to move forward,

Ask yourself,

How might I nurture my mindful leadership today?

Let the answer rise naturally,

No force,

Just trust.

Take one final deep breath in,

Holding at the top,

Another sip,

And exhale fully,

Feeling energized,

Clear,

And ready to lead with presence.

When you're ready,

You can slowly wiggle your fingers and toes,

Flutter your eyes open,

And step into your day with intention.
