Oh my gosh. I just read the description and that’s exactly what happened. I went into this with a head full of “problem” I was trying to solve. Within a few minutes of this meditation, it was taken away and replaced with, I’m not sure with but it was like it disappeared, and I was left with just the sounds in my mind like I had finally let go of the problem that was on my mind all night. Two years ago, heck probably less than a year ago probably, I’d have scoffed at something like this happening. No way to settle in and let the positive overtake the negative. Thank you so much for sharing this. I’m in awe. 🙏🏻💗🥰
