Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Get yourself in a comfortable position and when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
And beginning to give yourself permission to relax as best as you can,
Just following your breath in and out,
In and out.
Today's meditation is a self-forgiving meditation to help you release energies and blocks,
Sadness and memories from your past that are still essentially harming you today.
Today giving yourself that love,
That permission to forgive,
To love yourself no matter what happened and to hopefully move from this situation in your past.
And so I invite you with your left hand to place it upon your heart and connect.
And breathing into your heart,
Breathing into yourself,
Breathing into you.
And calling forth now your spiritual team,
Your higher self to channel through you and to you energies and frequencies that invite healing,
That invite love.
And so from above you now visualizing a soft pink and white light moving down.
This light washes over you and gently entering the top of your head.
Moving down your neck,
Down your left shoulder,
Down through your hand and from your hand merging through your chest into your heart.
And seeing that beautiful energy just wrap itself around your heart like a warm hug from heaven.
And just taking a moment to feel the energies,
To accept the energies,
To allow the energies to be there.
Washing away any heaviness,
Any resistance,
Any fear and just allowing you to be present with yourself and this beautiful light.
And if you need to,
You may rest your hand,
Just continue to visualize that beautiful soft pink and white light surrounding your heart and still being connected to you.
And so I invite you now,
I invite your subconscious mind to take you back at a time in your life where you need to forgive yourself.
A time where something happened,
Where you wish it was different,
Where you wish you did or said something different.
And when you find it,
Just allow the emotions,
The sadness,
Whatever it may be to come to the surface.
Give yourself permission to feel the truth and really observe from the outside world.
Just being yourself,
Taking it all in no matter how uncomfortable or sad it is.
If you need to cry,
Cry.
If you need to be angry,
Be angry.
If you need to be sad,
Be sad.
Feel those emotions.
And if there were other people or animals or beings,
Acknowledge them.
And in that moment in time,
Just seeing yourself as you were and understanding why you made the choices that you made.
This does not excuse them.
We are just understanding them.
Maybe you were young,
Uneducated.
Maybe you were afraid.
Maybe there were other people that you had to respond to and you were not in charge.
Whatever it may be.
I want you now to walk up to that version of you and I want you to tell them.
This moment in time had a ripple effect on your future.
It caused a lot of suffering,
A lot of pain,
A lot of sadness.
And today I have come here to set you free,
To set myself free,
To let go of this painful moment in time in my past.
I understand that you at this time did your best.
I understand that you may have not understood the repercussions of your actions.
I understand.
But I choose to create a new reality for myself and for you.
I choose to release you and me.
And so placing your hand upon their heart and inviting in that beautiful soft pink and white light and allowing them to feel that peace,
That love,
That energy that is in your heart right now.
And when you are ready,
Look at them in the eyes and say,
I forgive you and I set you free.
I forgive myself and I set myself free.
I forgive you and I set you free.
I forgive myself and I set myself free.
And now we're going to reprogram this memory.
So whatever they did or didn't do,
You now have the opportunity to fix.
So if you could go back in time and change that moment,
What would you change?
Give yourself the gift to rewire this moment in time.
And is there anyone that you need to say sorry to?
Anyone that you need their forgiveness?
Now it's your time to ask for it.
And now just receiving,
Just listening.
And once again,
Whatever comes up,
Just let it be there.
But feel your heart crack open.
Feel it freeing itself from the pain and the heaviness.
And above all,
Honor this moment.
Promise yourself that you will never repeat this mistake ever again.
And that you have learned from this moment in time.
And this is how you will be free.
And so seeing the light of peace wash over this memory,
Healing this pattern,
Breaking the energetic cords and rewiring everything from that moment in time.
Everyone and everything is blessed,
Loved and healed now.
And I invite you now to bring yourself back to your breath now in this moment in time,
Returning back.
And as you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
Just noticing any shifts.
If you feel a little more peaceful,
Embrace it,
Accept it,
Breathe into it.
And taking a moment again to place your left hand upon your heart and say,
I forgive you and I set you free.
I forgive myself and I set myself free.
I forgive you and I set you free.
I forgive myself and I set myself free.
I forgive you and I set you free.
I forgive myself and I set myself free.
And so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And taking a deep breath into your heart and let it all go now.
And just being in the stillness now in the quiet in the present moment.
And just taking this moment to be grateful for the healing,
For the transformation.
And so continue to visualize this beautiful pink and white light in your heart throughout the day.
Continue to receive the healing as you move through your day.
It's time for us to begin to return back.
And so expanding your awareness back out,
Feeling the temperature of the air,
The clothes on your skin and just being aware of the space around you.
And slowly now beginning to wake up the body,
Maybe wiggle your toes or your fingers.
If it feels right,
Give yourself a little stretch and when it's time,
Open your eyes.
