Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
And just taking a moment now to relax,
To let go and to invite that stillness,
That peace.
There are times in life where things feel a little off,
A little off tilt,
Like things are just not working out,
Everything seems difficult and hard.
It is during these times that we must show up for ourselves,
Be kinder to ourselves and also be our own guides and teachers.
As opposed to falling victim to the negativity,
We want to rise above it and understand it and learn and grow from it.
And so let's begin by taking a moment to acknowledge how we feel,
To acknowledge the situation and just be honest about it.
That right now things aren't great,
That right now we may not feel our best,
That right now we feel like maybe giving up.
And can we just sit with that?
Can you follow your breathing in and out and just notice where in your body you're holding this heaviness and with each breath can you expand that part of your body,
Just allowing it to just open up and relax just a little more.
And can you connect to that part of your body that is tight,
That is heavy,
Essentially not running away but going with it,
Feeling it.
And now I want you to ask this part of your body,
What do you need?
What can I do to help you?
What can I do to help you?
And I want you to take a moment now just to talk to that part of your body,
Really nurture it with love,
With understanding,
Let it know that you're here,
That it's not alone,
That this will pass and that you will do your best to nurture it,
To love it,
To take care of it.
And now we're going to call forth the assistance of the angelic realm.
We invite these angels,
These celestial beings to assist us today to help us heal,
To help us uplift our energy and to help us shift this negative energy into a positive loving frequency.
And now I want you to take a moment now just to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And I want you to visualize a beautiful white light shine above you,
Gently swirling down and surrounding you,
Just feeling that loving energy,
That soothing,
Kind,
Peaceful energy surround you.
And we now invite the angels to help us heal,
To help us release this negative pattern,
To transform it and allow it to guide us and help us through our daily lives.
And now just inviting this energy into that part of your body,
Allowing the angels to place their hands above you and gently and slowly release that tension,
That negativity,
That heaviness.
And once again,
Focus on your breathing.
With each breath,
You feel a sense of release and lightness.
And now we invite the angels to help us understand why this is happening,
To send us information,
Energies,
Blessings,
Love and light at this time.
And all you have to do is just listen,
Let go and receive.
And now inviting the angels to enter your heart,
To reactivate your light and to warm your heart with unconditional support.
Your light and to warm your heart with unconditional support and love.
And now I want you to ask the angels for some help.
In what ways can they assist you through your daily life or through these obstacles?
How can they make it easier for you?
Literally tell them,
Dear angels,
I need help with and finish the sentence.
And now we're going to ask them to bless us.
Dear angels,
Send your loving light,
Your guidance and your blessings upon us.
Allow me to rise above the darkness.
To fly high so that I may see the bigger picture.
Allow me to receive the guidance,
The wisdom and the peace that is needed through this time.
Allow my heart to be open and receptive to shine no matter what.
And I invite you to help me through these challenges,
To give you full permission so that these challenges become blessings,
Lessons and gifts.
I thank you for your love.
I thank you for your support and your healing.
And now if you wish you can stay in this meditation a little longer just to receive more healing.
But if you're ready,
You can slowly begin to expand your awareness back into your body.
Maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Gently and slowly returning.
And when it feels right,
