We now call down a beautiful purple light to assist you.
Visualizing this beautiful light gently cascading down,
Surrounding you from head to toe.
Releasing and washing away any negativity,
Any toxicity,
Any lower frequencies,
Anything that is unwelcome,
Unwanted.
Anything that holds you back,
That it may hold you in fear and in lack.
Attuning yourself to the highest vibration,
To divine frequency.
Allowing yourself to match this purple energy.
This also invites in wisdom,
Information.
Opening yourself up to receiving what it is that you need at this time.
Opening yourself up to guidance,
To divine support.
Saying yes to this frequency.
Saying yes to this energy as you feel that shift,
That change,
That transformation around you and within you.
Giving yourself permission to let go of your resistance,
Of your fears,
Of your doubts,
Of the walls that you have built up over the years.
There is no need.
Allow yourself to receive this frequency.

I want you now to visualize this realization into a dark ball,
A dark energetic ball that lives in your heart.
So channeling all the information that you have received into this ball and inviting now that higher frequency to assist us in releasing this frequency,
This energy that lives in your subconscious,
That lives in your body,
That lives in your energetic field.
I want you to visualize your crown chakra,
The energy field above your head.
Open up.
If you like you can picture it as a disc expanding,
A purple disc expanding above your head.
Inviting in that purple light from above to enter the top of your head,
Moving down your body,
Moving down your spine and connecting to that dark ball that lives in your heart and gently seeing that dark ball being lifted out of your heart,
Moving up,
Up,
Up,
That purple energy,
That purple frequency and up,
Up,
Up until it exits your head and through your crown chakra,
Moving up,
Up,
Up above your head and continuing to move up through your crown chakra and up through the ceiling until it disappears.
It's out of sight and now feeling that purple light above you,
Activate your heart,
Cleansing and clearing any remaining energy,
Attachments or cords and when it's finished the purple light gently releases your heart,
Moving back up through your head and as it moves through your crown chakra,
That disc returns to its original form,
Shrinking down,
Closing that portal and now taking a moment of gratitude for this healing,
For the assistance that you have received in this clearing and thanking that beautiful purple light as it gently fades away.
And now that you have released this frequency,
This energy,
This pattern,
What are you ready to embrace?
What are you ready to commit to?
What are you ready for?
Once again trust your intuition here.
Take some time to reflect and once you have found this new request,
This new desire,
Call it,
Ask for it and feel a beautiful white light shine above you,
Showering you with the frequency of this desire,
Surrounding you and shifting your energy to match this frequency,

And now focus on your heart and visualize a beautiful green disc.
Once again we are going to expand this disc and as you do we invite this beautiful white light into your heart.
As it gently enters your heart a new energetic ball is being formed in this pure white loving energy and light.
Just like a beautiful pearl we are planting this seed,
We are planting this wish,
Allowing ourselves to commit to this energy and to become a match to it so that we may manifest it into our life,
Into our reality.
And when you are ready gently feel that disc return to its natural state,
Seeing that beautiful white light return wherever it came from,
Leaving you with this beautiful powerful frequency and pearl in your heart.
