To do a meditation without anybody around me,
Without being able to feel the energy of those in the room or those outside or those over zoom,
Which is something I am recently getting into and doing more virtual meditations,
But just sitting down and recording a guided meditation with nobody else around is a little nerve-wracking.
So I will be honest about that.
I am so,
So excited though.
I have a lot of different meditations that I'm planning.
I am really excited,
As I was saying,
To do this guided meditation.
This is something I've been wanting to do for a little bit.
There's a couple meditations that I am excited to record and to provide to a wider audience.
This is exactly the way to do that.
So tune in as I record some meditations on here.
I have no idea the frequency yet,
But I'm super excited.
