I'm your host, Megan Mary, Founder of Women's Dream Analysis. Let's bring in the light. Welcome. Today, I have Katerina Legato. She is Australia's foremost psychic healer with over three decades of experience in the fields of psychic readings, Healings, House clearings, Exorcisms, And a whole lot more. I'm delighted to be invited by you, Megan. Thank you. That is an amazing introduction and so many questions. Let's tell our listeners a little bit about your path to enlightenment or answer first the question, What does enlightenment mean to you? Enlightenment to me means being able to go within, Connecting into the aspects of ourselves that are connected to our Creator, Being able to tap into the multitude of past lives that we have lived and the wisdom gained by those past lives. To me, That is enlightenment. It is something within us. It's not something external, And yes, I understand reading books, Going to courses, All of that is extremely valuable, But being able to go within, Being able to feel your inner world, Knowing your inner world is the most valuable thing that I feel people need to work more towards, Trusting themselves. Yes. I couldn't agree more. It's really so important to tune in because all of our guidance is right there inside us if we can just figure out how to access it. Exactly. I know that that's where a lot of people struggle. I know a lot of my clients are like, Oh, I don't know how to meditate. I'm always busy in my head. It is something that we do. It's a skill you do need to learn and practice and take your time with, But as you do, You'll make so many amazing discoveries about yourself. We're so multidimensional. There's so many aspects to ourselves. Unfortunately, We get so caught up with just this 3D reality that we forget we're so much more than that. I think running courses, Like I do run courses and meditation groups to teach people, But my aim is to not make them dependent on me to sort of say, This is who you are and this is where you go, But to teach them, To be able to give them the tools to do it themselves, To be able to answer their own questions and be their own guidance system. Yes. That's really what I strive for as well. Empowerment. Yes. To help people feel empowered, Not feel like, Oh, I've got to keep coming back to you in order to know what to do next or make my decisions. Yes, Absolutely. Giving them the tools that they need so that they can tap into themselves and then be able to be their own guidance as they go through life. Yes. Sorry. Yeah, I agree. So tell the listeners a little bit about your story as a child at the age of three. That's about as far back as I can remember in this lifetime. I remember being a young little thing, Toddler, Just running and I used to run around this house, Used to go in circles and there was an old man, He was a sweet old man and he'd follow me. He was very playful in spirit and he was quite playful and he'd run and he kind of knew that I could see him and sense him and feel him. And I just remember like parts of the day where I'd run around and he'd be chasing me and obviously as moving forward in time, I realized that I was speaking to these people who were in spirit and some of it was really, Really nice and some of it was really frightening. And I also came to realize that not everybody else was able to do this. So there were many times of confusion and many times of joy also where I could escape into my little world. I remember coming home after school and I used to sit under, My parents had this beautiful big mulberry tree in their backyard and I'd sit under the mulberry tree and I'd just sit there and after a while I'd see the beautiful spirit of the indigenous people of our land doing all the tribal dances and it was just so magnificent and so beautiful, The energy and the love for the land. And I'd be intrigued, I don't know how long I'd sit there for but I'd remember my mother sort of, Come Katarina, It's time for dinner. So like hours go by without realizing. So I had my moments of joy but I also had my moments of being very afraid. I was also seeing the convicts, The spirits of convicts and they were treated very harshly. They were brought here as slaves, As convicts and they would show me the shackles around their ankles and they'd be crying because they left behind their family members or they didn't know where the rest of the family, Their family were, Where their children were and I didn't quite understand this. This was all kind of, You know, I started happening from sort of five to twelve and it was really incredible but I felt their pain and I'd be so sad for them and it's like they were still looking for their family members. So the types of spirits I'm talking about were spirits that were earthbound, That had not realized that they had died and they were still looping in that same reality thinking I'm still a convict or I'm still lost or I'm still looking for where I live and unfortunately I didn't know how to help them and I didn't even know how, You know, Understand why they were still kind of roaming around looking for their family. Quite clearly they were dead. And then when I got into, I was about 16, 17, I began really connecting with my guides and learning to meditate and I became, I began to understand that there were spirits or people would die and for whatever reason feel that they weren't ready to transition into the spirit world and therefore would cling to the 3D earth or try to find families or people where they could feel comfortable and feel like they were still kind of alive in 3D. And so, You know, My guides began to speak to me about how to help them, How to cross them over, How to help them to realize that, You know, That there were family members and loved ones on the other side waiting for them. So that was a huge journey, A huge journey. It took many, Many years of, You know, Learning to be able to do this kind of work. And then from there on, I transitioned into helping people that had curses or hexes placed upon them. From then I learned to, You know, To learn how to do house clearings, Going to homes where people, Their homes moved into a haunted house, For example, And how to help them, How to help the spirits that were roaming in these houses and help them to cross over. So this journey, I sort of felt like, Gosh, I kind of was on for almost 20 years before I was really kind of fully into the work that I do now. That's a fascinating journey. Wow. I mean, And so many powerful stories and interactions that you had and people I can imagine that you've helped over those years in so many different ways. It's been a joy to help because I've helped them, The spirits, But also helped the people that were being plagued by these supernatural events or curses. And when you do, For example, Like a house clearing, What modalities do you utilize to help them move on? Well, When I go to a home, I first of all go through all the rooms to assess what's happening in the environment. And then I go into a meditative state where I can raise my frequency. And I open up a portal of divine light over the home. I also place protection over whoever's in the house as far as the owners of the home or children or pets. And sometimes if it's a really intense environment, I recommend that perhaps they sit outside or they go off and have a coffee whilst I take care of the more heavier work. So by bringing in that light, I'm able to keep everything contained, Which is really important. So it's like building a spiritual fence around the property so that the energy can be contained. And then I'm able to connect with the lost souls. And some of them are very afraid. Some of them are in a state of absolute fear. So it's about channeling a lot of love and light and just allowing them to feel some peace from the healing energy. And then once I'm able to kind of calm everything down, Calm the environment down, I'm able then to assist them with connecting up with loved ones. It could be a mum, A dad that comes through for them or a pet to help them to transition without the fear into the spirit realm. So I go through every room in the house. I also check in the cupboards and wardrobes because they do. Some of them are quite funny. And they try to hide from me. But I can always sense and feel them. And it's a beautiful thing. I always feel quite emotional watching them transition just from going from this space of fear to then when they connect with their loved one on the other side or a pet, That fear drops. And there's this beautiful smile on their faces, This peace of, Oh my gosh, Like there's whoever there is on the other side waiting for them. And the love is so excited that it's like, I want to go. I want to go. Wow. Yeah, It's beautiful. I really feel so honored to have been able to participate in the almost like, You know, Birthing people back into God's world. Yeah. That's a wonderful metaphor. Yeah, It is. Yeah. Hmm. So, Yeah, That's, Yeah, I've been doing this for over three decades. Solidly full time. I've had no other career. I'd be hopeless being employed in anything else in this. I wouldn't have a clue. I can't type. I can't. No, No, I'm not good with technology. So I really feel like I'm not from this world. And I really feel like this is what I've come here to do. Oh, That's definitely the last part is definitely true. And yes, You're probably standing in between. You know, You're really on that on that space that's just in between the worlds to be able to see what you can see and do what you can do. And it's hard. Like, I've got to always make sure that I do keep myself very balanced and connected to Mother Earth. It's so easy to drift into that higher world. And it is so much more. It's beautiful and peaceful. And yeah, It's easy to just want to kind of stay there. But yeah, Being grounded and being out in nature is really my healing world. OK, That's good. So when you when you do this kind of work and you said you sometimes feel like you're being pulled into the other realms and it's hard to stay here. And who wants to be in 3D, Right? Yeah, So limiting. Yes. Talk a little bit about the dream world, Because that is really, I feel, A portal to the spirit world. And it's a different brainwave for us. It's a different energy level. It's a different dimension, Essentially. And I feel like it's a way for us to travel to other places, Have visitations, Realize things that really can. There's no rules like there are here. That's right, Which is exactly what happens when you pass away and leave your your body. You step into the multidimensional self, Which is unlimited and has the ability to travel. You can just desire to be in France or Italy and you're there. I mean, When we're manifesting from our 3D world, It's much harder this time. We need to keep manifesting. We need to keep focused that I want to have a trip to Italy or France. But there's you know, There's always I've got to have the money. I've got to get a plane. I've got to get to the airport, All of that. Whereas when you're outside of your 3D body and you can just whatever your heart desires, You can just take yourself there immediately, Which is exactly the same. When we go into to sleep every night, We do leave our body. You know, Some people are what we call astral traveling, And they practice astral traveling because this is the way where they can travel with full awareness. That's like a lucid. Is it lucid dreaming where you just are traveling, But you're aware you're aware that I'm my body's asleep and I'm desiring to go to a certain place or be with a certain person. And whether we are aware of this or not, We do this every night. Now, I always say to people, It's really important to think about the state of mind you're in before you go to bed at night, Because that will trigger where you end up. If you're going to bed and you're really tired and you're angry and you've had this bad fight with somebody, Then you're going to probably end up in a lower dimension and it's not going to be nice. And this is where people have nightmares and things like this. But if you can do some meditation and prepare yourself and see sleep time as a sacred time. The indigenous people of the Earth, They knew that the dream time was a very sacred time. And so if you can try and do a meditation, Let go of the day, The stresses, Even if it means having a nice warm bath at night, Perhaps playing some meditation music and just going into a state of gratitude and love, Connecting in with your heart and then set the intention. You might want to visit a loved one on the other side, Or you might want to be connected to family who live in another country. All of this is possible, But it does take practice. And if you're going to sleep and you fall asleep and you just keep remaining aware of the intention you've set, Like, OK, I want to connect with my grandmother on the other side, Or I want to visit my best girlfriend who's living in another country, Just keep that intention and you fall asleep. And I like to always sort of fall asleep with my hands over my heart so that I'm reminding myself to be connected into my heart, Because this is where we have the most powerful frequency comes from our heart. Then eventually you'll be able to really master this. And when you are able to master it, Then you have, Again, Another way of connecting with the multidimensionality of who you are. You can go back into past lives. You can go into future lifetimes. Also, There's no limit to what you can do when you've mastered this ability. But again, It does take time. And we do live in a very chaotic world where there's a lot of stresses. We're running around all day. So, You know, Don't become too upset if it doesn't happen straight away. But eventually it will. And there'll be some nights that are better than others. You know, Perhaps nights that, You know, A really good work well with people are when they're perhaps the weekend that they haven't worked and they haven't, You know, They've had a bit of relaxation. All of this will help to make this journey much more pleasant and the ability to remember in the morning and the ability to remember in the morning comes from obviously not having an alarm clock going off and stuff like that, To be able to be in a state where you can wake up naturally. And the first thing you need to do is to sit quietly and just, You know, Lay there quietly and try to recall, Bring in the recall where you've been, What you've been doing. Yes. I always talk about that. And I call it thinking backwards. I'm sure there's a better terminology for it. But it's really just really, And you really have to concentrate to stay in that beta state to kind of bridge that line between the theta and the beta and just kind of try to pull it forward into the waking life. It does take practice, But it can be done. And I often have people ask me about visitations that they've had. And many times they'll say, You know, I can tell the difference between, I'll say a quote unquote, Normal dream that's coming from their subconscious and a visitation dream that is from a loved one that's passed on. What would you say to people that ask that question in terms of the difference? Yeah, Look, A normal dream will lack, I guess, Coming back from a normal dream, It'll lack that intense emotion. Whereas when you come back from a dream where you've been with a loved one, You'll still feel them. You'll feel their presence with you. You'll feel the love. And I think most of the time you'll remember hopefully quite a bit of the conversation that you've had together. Also, When you connect with loved ones, You might find yourself actually traveling into their world, Their new world in the spirit world, Which will be so different, So much more beautiful and vibrant than our 3D world. So there is a real feeling of, Yeah, You'll just wake up like I know for me, I just wake up all teary in my eyes. Oh gosh, I was with my loved one, My grandma, Whoever on the other side, Because I just feel I can just still feel her around me. And we had had a conversation before about time loops, And I'd like to talk about that a little bit, The time travel, Interdimensional time travel, And how people can get stuck in time loops, Both spirits and us, And how we get trapped in that lower dimension, Even here in a waking life. So yeah, You can loop if you are in a constant state of negativity, And perhaps you're using things like drugs and alcohol to get you through, And you're not doing the inner work, Then you do begin to loop in the lower astral planes of even this reality, Which means that you will start to feel constantly stuck in the same thing, Nothing changes, Nothing happens, The same thing, Nothing changes, And you can see people that are in that loop, Going round and round, Nothing ever changes, And they continuously complain, And they feel like victims, They're like, Oh, It doesn't matter what I do, Nothing works, Or blame everything else but themselves, Putting themselves there. And I know it's hard, And I know this may sound a little harsh, But sometimes you have to give yourself that reality check, Take responsibility for what I'm creating, Because that's the beginning of the healing process, And once you do that, You can begin to heal your situation, No matter how negative or difficult it may be, But you've got to be prepared to do the inner work, There has to be looking into the trauma, And most humans, We're all traumatised, Whether it be from our childhood, Whether it be from past lives, Whether it's ancestral trauma that we're carrying from our ancestors, Because the DNA, The genetics, We carry the DNA and genetics of our ancestors, These are passed on, So the trauma can be coming from many places, But as you step into your inner world and you begin exploring, Then you can begin to unravel and heal, And step more into your own power, And this is how then you can step out of the loop and actually focus on, Well, What is it that I really am wanting to create and manifest here, You know? And so you're stepping into empowerment rather than, Poor me, This keeps happening to me, Nothing ever changes, And so this type of person who is in the victim mentality will also experience the same thing in the dream time, They'll be having dreams where they feel tormented or frightened or scared or restless or wake up feeling tired, They'll probably be out in the astral fighting and arguing with people they don't like here on earth, You know, It's like classic, I hear it all the time, You know, The divorce where the husband and wife almost wanted to kill themselves but couldn't, Obviously, Obvious reasons, But we'll do it out in the astral, It's like, I keep dreaming of my husband and that bastard, You know, Because, You know, There's got to be a point where you've just got to make your peace with it, Even if you can't forgive, Try to make your peace with it, So that's what I mean, Whatever we're creating here, We're creating the duplicate of it out in our dream state, So that then depends on the timeline that you're on, So if you're on this timeline of I'm a victim for me and I'm just going to keep fighting and the world's against me, Then you're going to keep traveling that timeline, But when you begin to do the forgiveness, You know, Making your peace with everything, Then you are much more empowered and you'll have much more of an ability to switch into a timeline that is going to be a reflection of the joy and the love that you are now feeling towards yourself, And also that then plays out in your dream time, Where you'll be able to travel into higher dimensions, You may even be able to meet beautifully, Beautiful, You know, I meet a lot of ETs, The benevolent ETs that are here to help us and access and, You know, Share wisdom and knowledge with them, So there's, You know, There's this incredible multiverse that we can access when we are coming from a space of love, Rather than constant anger and hatred, Because the higher ETs, The evolved ETs, They are in a state of pure harmony and love, So there has to be, You know, When you're coming from a space of love, Then that energy connects with their energy. So that's how we can experience these higher dimensions or other people, Other races of beings, When we come from a space of love. That was going to be my question, How can people tune in and start really- Tune in from your heart, Open up a conversation, Even when you're meditating, Open up a conversation and, You know, Expand that love out to the higher beings that are here to help us, Or the higher beings who perhaps had life experiences here in 3D, But now have, You know, Been able to grow beyond and above and have merged with Creator God, And they live in sync with love and harmony, And they are, You know, They co-create with God, You know, And so this is how, When we come from that space and we send out the love, Then that echoes out into the universes and it'll be picked up. See, The higher beings have learnt to co-create with God, Whereas here we still believe that we've got to get on our knees and go, Please God, Please, But no, If you co-create with the essence of the force of love, I call it, Then you become an incredibly multidimensional powerful being. And I think that is what's lacking here on Earth, I mean, You know, We're all sort of feeling like victims or we feel like slaves or we've got to be, You know, Doing this nine-to-five job every day and it's all so busy, Busy, We forget that we really are incredible, Infinite beings, Where that's just not even taught until you go out and take the journey and begin to explore it yourself. Yes, I completely agree, And that's really, If anybody could take it away from this conversation, It would be that, That there really is so much more, And I always have felt, Since I was little, That there was so much more, And I'm actually, This episode is actually coming out the week of Halloween, Because that is my favorite holiday of the year, And I know that it's not celebrated all around the world, But when I was growing up, It really was the one time of year that everybody would at least acknowledge that there were spirits all around us, And it was the idea that you can access them, That they're closer than you think, And I wanted that all the time because I loved that feeling of that acknowledgement and that support and the mystery and the intrigue, And so I really feel like everybody would benefit from opening back up to that invitation of stepping into that alignment and really opening their minds to the possibility that there is so much more than just this dimension. Of course, And it's an opening up of the mind and opening up of the heart, Being able to make decisions from your heart, And this is, I think, Something else that's lacking very much, The compassion and empathy for each other, For nature, It's completely lacking within humanity, Like when I am out speaking with my guides or my beautiful ET Connections, It's all about teach people to open up their hearts more, To think, To feel from their heart, Make a decision, What would love choose? What would my heart choose? In any circumstance you find yourself, Ask, What would love choose? What would my heart choose? And when we begin to communicate and connect more through our hearts, Then we will become a much more evolved humanity, And then we will be having much, Much better and more enlightened experience here on planet Earth, And I think that there is a great awakening. I know that there's a lot of people still stuck and they don't want change, But I believe right now that we are at a very incredible time in history where there is a great awakening and people are asking more questions, That people are wanting to know, People are wanting to learn, And they want to explore who they really are more than ever before, Because we've been dumbed down for so long, Dumbed down and controlled for so long, You know, That we're kind of taking these chains off and we're breaking free and going, Oh, I want to experience the multidimensional, I want to be able to communicate with my ET family, I want to be able to speak with my guides, I want to continue to have a connection with my grandmother, Grandfather, Mother, Father who's passed away. Instead we think they're gone, That we can't reach them anymore, And that's so not true. It's just you've got to learn, I always say to my closest, Learning to communicate with them in a different way, From your heart, And so I do believe there is a great awakening to raise the frequency of this earth into the higher frequency. Mother Earth herself wants to be raised, She's raising her frequency to take herself into a higher earth, And it's either we go along with that or we don't, And that's where they talk about this split in timelines, Where we'll either, There'll be people who will follow and go up into the higher frequency with the higher earth, Where it will be communication through our intuition, Through our hearts, All those that remain in that lower frequency of Mother Earth, Where it will be quite dark and a difficult place to be in. Well, That's very interesting. Well, That's what I've been shown. Yeah. That's what's going on. And I've heard about the awakening, I've heard that a lot of people are hearing the call. Yeah. Or seeing the numbers, You know, A lot of people say, I'm seeing number 1111, Or 2222, These are all, You know, The universe going, Hey, Wake up, We're here. Yes, Yes, Absolutely.
