Hi, Megan here from Libra Living Wellness. I have been MIA for the past three weeks. I've been going through some business changes, Some personal changes, So really wasn't in the headspace to do these videos. I could have forced myself, But I wanted to. Take that time for myself to kind of reboot. Everything and that's kind of I think what I'm going to talk about today is starting over. And how sometimes we have to restart. As I mentioned, You know, Going through some business changes I had to, And you can see that I have a different, I'm in a different area. Um because I'm no longer at the space I was at, So there was a lot of work that needed to be done with that. But I hope that I get to get back on track with doing these weekly videos. But yeah, Starting over. Sometimes in life we have to, Sorry for the phone sound, But I want to keep these real and raw. We have to start over. We kind of have to let what our original vision or Even I think of starting over our old self kind of die and I feel like. We have to even go through a grieving period of that because even though the change or starting over, It can be new and exciting and it can feel fresh. It's still. . . There's still some grieving to it, Because we had this vision at the beginning, And I think of it in terms, I'm thinking of myself, I think of it in personal terms, Personally we have to start over, But even in a business, Sometimes what our first vision was is not working, So we kind of have to start over. So I'm kind of talking in reference to both of those. On. And it is kind of the perfect timing. It's January, End of January now. Even though it has been very challenging and I can feel very emotional about it. Try not to cry here. I am excited because. . . We have, You know, All of us have the opportunity to start new, To start over, To start again. Kind of shed our old selves, Our old skin. Begin again. And become more of the person that we're meant to be, Our true self. And I'm just, I'm really excited for what's to come. Will be coming. It is, Like I said, It is really hard because you go through the struggle first and it sucks. And when you're in the midst of it, You're like, This sucks. I just want to get to the other side where things feel amazing and exciting. Um But we have to go through that struggle, I guess. So when we get to the other side, We can really just bask in the awesomeness of it. So if anyone's going through a struggling time, Just remember that you can always start again, Whether it's in your personal life or in business, You know, It doesn't have to be the end of the road or the worst case scenario, Look at it as an opportunity to start fresh. Because that's exciting that it like I said, Even though there is a grieving part to it, You know, You kind of have to grieve your first vision or your old self or whatever, You can start anew. And that's exciting and sometimes frightening at the same time because you don't know what's going to come of it. But I say embrace the excitement of it and just dive in. Like I said, I will be honest with you. I woke up this morning and I was like, I don't feel like doing the video and I plan to do the video today. But I was like, Megan, Get up, Get dressed. And do it because I know. By doing these videos, I hope to be helping others. And it also helps me at the same time. It helps me to keep that passion and that light that I have to help others and to share with others. At LibraLiving Wellness and until next time.
