Willingness.

Willingness opens the doors to honesty and open-mindedness,

Which are the building blocks of recovery.

Without willingness,

We limit our recovery to the old belief systems that keep us anchored in emptiness,

Resistance,

And resentment.

Being willing to step into a new level of recovery requires us to embrace a new way of being and thinking to change our lives.

Simply by being willing,

We catapult ourselves into creating a new story of recovery.

Joan Didion said,

The willingness to accept responsibility for one's own life is the source from which self-respect springs.

Where in your recovery can you be willing to go to the next level?

By being more willing,

What doors could you open in your life?

I feel great when I am willing to say yes to my recovery.
