This meditative affirmation is one to help us realize how much we should set ourselves up for the things that we dream of.
And our dreams come from our imaginations,
Therefore we must dream big.
If you take a deep breath in for a count of 1,
2,
3,
4,
Exhale 2,
3,
4,
Release all the fears that you may feel inside.
And if you have those fears,
It's okay.
It's only natural.
But know that whatever you dream is a possibility.
And the fact that you have the imagination to imagine what you could be,
We must dream those dreams.
And we must calm our minds to breathe in and release the creativity that is within inside of us.
And allow that imagination to come forth so that we are able to release that fear.
