So often, life pulls us away from ourselves. We get caught in the noise, in striving, in the endless stream of thought. This meditation is an invitation to soften back into what has always been here, the steady, quiet presence of your own heart. Our heart is the sacred place from which we engage in intentional living. Through gentle guidance, breath, and silence, Christopher will lead you home to a place of warmth, compassion, and ease. A practice for anyone who longs to rest, reconnect, and remember the simple truth of being held within.

Wherever you are,

If you feel safe to do so,

Allow the eyes to gently close and bring your attention to the centre of your chest and breathe into that place as if breathing in a warm golden sunrise as though each breath is softening and warming your heart if it feels tight,

Let it loosen if it feels tired,

Let it rest and with each breath,

Return to the simple truth of being here,

Alive and know that you are held in this moment and place a hand on your chest over the heart centre feel the warmth of your hand the healing power of touch of self-compassion and say to yourself in this world,

May I find true happiness and when you're ready open your eyes and carry your heart out into the world
