Third Eye Chakra activation.
The Third Eye Chakra is located in your forehead,
Just between and above your eyebrows.
It is a storehouse of consciousness,
Including your subconscious,
Your unconscious,
And your control center of perception.
For this activation,
Let's invite in Archangel Rafael to assist us in opening and clearing the Third Eye portal.
So find yourself in a comfortable position in which your spine is erect,
Whether sitting up or lying down,
And take three deep,
Grounding breaths into your belly,
Feeling the air move down your spinal column and anchoring you into the center of the earth.
With each breath in,
Feel your body filling with light,
And with each exhale,
Release any tension from your body.
As you feel and imagine yourself connecting into the earth,
Know that there is a crystalline grid in the universe,
And we are connecting you into it today as a crystalline pillar of light.
So feel or see yourself plugging into that grid in the earth,
Then see a cylinder of crystalline energy shoot up from the earth.
Feel it surround your body and shoot up into the heavens,
Connecting to the creator of all that is.
Then pull that divine energy down into your body,
Flooding it with divine light and anchoring yourself to source.
Feel your body filling with the energy of the cosmos.
Imagine that the stars,
Moons,
Suns are inside your body,
Filling you with galactic energy.
You may start to feel a bit spacey.
This is totally normal and a very literal acknowledgement that your inner space has been activated.
Allow yourself to enter a state of play.
Zoom in or out for a different perspective,
Or jump on whatever planet suits your fancy.
Pretend you're a child and ride the cosmos in your own fantasy.
No spacesuit or spaceship necessary.
Now find yourself doing counterclockwise laps around the rings of Jupiter.
Jupiter is the astrological and spiritual point of contact with the pituitary gland,
Which feeds into your third eye.
Around and around you go on an orange ring circling a surprisingly small planet.
These laps are unwinding the layers of shields and veils that you have used to limit your inner sight in the past.
There is no need for these shields or veils anymore.
Playfully explore this joyful sensation of freedom and opening.
Feel and see the location of the planet shifting into your third eye,
The space just between your eyebrows in the center of your head.
As you continue to circle the planet you may feel a bit off balance or even nauseous.
Take a deep breath into anywhere you might be feeling discomfort.
This is normal.
You are reorienting your inner sight and these sensations are confirmations that you've entered the adjustment period.
You're doing beautifully.
If you're not feeling these bodily sensations there is nothing to worry about.
You're also doing just great.
Everyone perceives these experiences differently.
Now watch as the ring flips up to form a circle around a large eye in the center of your head.
Take note of the size and shape of the eye and any colors or other distinguishing details.
Send gratitude to this portal for opening itself to you.
Let it know that you are eager to explore its gifts and talents.
Feel and see yourself leaning into its opening and take note of any sensations and inner shifts as you move inside.
Welcome them with a sense of openness,
Sending gentle breath to whatever place draws you.
Ask with love what message this all-knowing eye has for you.
Take it all in.
Now notice the large eyelid that sits on top of the eye.
Intend for it to close.
Your third eye is now shut.
Intend for it to open and so it is.
You now have the tools to decide whether to keep your third eye open or not.
At any point throughout the day you may consciously choose to shift that state.
Experiment with keeping it open and closed in different settings.
Notice how that impacts your experience.
Now thank your third eye for showing itself to you and joining you on this journey.
Center yourself in your solar plexus and send deep roots back down into the center of the earth and a trunk and branches that reach all the way up to the heavens,
Bringing light down into the tree that fills your body.
You are now grounded and ready to continue your day.
When you're ready you can wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Open your eyes and come back to the room.
