Brahmārpaṇam Mantra – Sacred Food Blessing
by Monika Loe
Nourishment is sacred. The Brahmārpaṇam Mantra is traditionally recited before meals to honour food as an offering to life, to the spirit, to the divine within. In this recording, you will hear verses from the Bhagavad Gītā (4.24 and 15.14), chanted four times to create a gentle space for presence and gratitude. This mantra invites you to pause, bless your food, and reconnect with the fire of transformation within. You can use this mantra: - before meals, as a sacred ritual - to offer gratitude for nourishment - as a transition from doing to being - or simply to return to presence and stillness May this mantra nourish you on every level – body, mind, and spirit. With love, Monika
