This meditation is a Reiki meditation. The intention is to kick start your healing journey. Healing comes from within the soul and the soul must be rid of any resentment, hate etc to bring you a full healing experience.

Hi,

This is Monica Franco from Morning Tinker Achy,

LLC.

And this is your meditation to help you forgive anything that you're holding onto in your heart chakra.

So first,

To get started,

Get comfortable in a very relaxed state.

You can be lying down or standing up.

Once you're getting settled,

Close your eyes and open your third eye.

By opening your third eye,

We're going to allow the imagination to go wild and help you harness the energies.

So first,

Focus on that healing energy of Mother Nature.

Feel the connection starting from the tip of your toes,

Moving that energy from Mother Nature up to your ankles.

Slowly feeling that energy,

Feeling it up to your knees.

Imagine what color that energy is moving from Mother Nature.

Maybe it's green,

Yellow.

Feeling that energy slowly moving like lava up to your hips.

Breathing deeply,

Feeling as strong as possible.

Strong,

Strong,

Strong.

And moving that energy towards your stomach,

All your organs,

Moving up towards your head,

And encompassing now your entire body.

Take a few minutes here,

Breathing into it.

Maybe you're thinking of a thought,

Allow it to enter,

And then say goodbye to it.

Seeing thoughts like a cloud.

Now that you've connected to Earth energy,

Feel the energy from the universe entering your body as well.

Calling on it,

Envisioning a light starting from the top of your head,

Slowly moving all the way to your toes again.

This light can be a different color,

Maybe it's yellow,

Orange.

Have it move all the way to your head,

Slowly flowing,

That energy to your neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Stomach,

Hips,

Knees,

Legs,

And finally toes.

Settle into the energies of Mother Nature and the universe in your body.

Feel free to pause the audio,

And once you're ready,

You can move forward to the forgiveness meditation.

If you feel inclined,

Feel free to move your left hand onto your right hand to a prayer position over your heart.

Breathe deeply,

And here we'll think about a person,

An instance,

Something someone told you,

Someone told to someone you love.

Setting that intention right now.

Think of this instance,

And now slowly move away from it,

Seeing it like a small screen,

Getting smaller and smaller.

Now put that instance,

Almost like a TV screen,

Surrounding it with a bubble.

We're going to thank the universe for this situation,

For all the lessons,

For all the experiences this instance has brought us here.

Acknowledging that all the moments prior to this moment make and create who we are today.

And now we're going to see the bubble slowly float away.

Maybe you want to blow on it,

Maybe you want to pop it.

We're going to acknowledge it,

Thank it,

And watch it float away.

Now coming back to your body,

Feel your heart,

See what you're feeling.

Maybe it's warmth,

Maybe there's a release of emotion.

Feel free to pause the video or audio,

And if you're ready,

We're going to come back to our body,

Bow to the universe,

And say quietly to yourself,

I am free.

I allow forgiveness.

Feel the forgiveness energy in your heart.

Also remind yourself,

This forgiveness is not for the perpetrator,

This is for you.

When you feel ready,

Start wiggling your toes,

And your hands.

Slowly come back to your body.

If you feel like you want to stay lying down for a bit,

That's okay.

Feel your body.

And that ends the forgiveness meditation.

And we know forgiveness is not easy.

Maybe you want to go through this meditation a few times to completely release anything your body wants to release regarding the situation,

Fully forgive.
