Hello and welcome to Move Into Mindfulness.
My name is Eve and today we will be practicing a series of self-love affirmations to help combat any negative self-talk and boost feelings of self-esteem and confidence.
I will repeat each affirmation twice,
Leaving a pause in between for you to recite each one to yourself either in your mind or aloud.
When you are ready,
I welcome you to either sit back and relax or go about your daily tasks,
Trusting that these positive affirmations will be absorbed by your subconscious mind.
