Close your eyes.

Deepen your breath a bit.

And if you'd like to just lay your hands at your heart for a moment just to kind of tap into this source.

Breathe into space there.

And then bring into your mind or your body something that you love deeply.

Free of any conditions.

It can be a person,

It can be a place,

It can be an experience,

It can be a memory,

A plant,

Where you can really just feel unconditional love for this being,

This entity.

Really bring it not only into your mind but you really feel that person or that place or that being.

You really feel their presence in your midst.

And just let that feeling spread throughout your entire body.

Towards that entity that is the recipient of so much love from you.

And then you say to them,

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you love and be loved.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you love and be loved.

You can change the statements if others resonate more with your own heart or your own voice or your own language.

Just feel the vibration moving through you to this person or being in your presence.

Breathe deeply.

And then bring into your mind or your body's awareness you.

If you have difficulties seeing or extending love towards yourself,

Then see yourself at a different age.

Perhaps younger or older.

Can you truly extend the same feeling of love,

Compassion towards?

See yourself right in front of you responding with a smile.

And you say to yourself,

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you love and be loved.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you love and be loved.

Feel yourself receive these vibrations of loving kindness,

Compassion.

Breathe deeply.

Bring into your mind and your body's awareness someone who needs love from you.

Or at least the vibration of love.

Someone in pain,

Someone who's suffering.

Any person in the community,

Just gather them in.

Hold them in this space.

Tell them,

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you love and be loved.

Whatever words feel most resonant,

Most true to you.

Extend the vibration out to them.

Breathe deeply.

Enjoying everybody at the party.

Everyone you want to extend this vibration towards.

Those you love,

Those you might not love so much.

All the beings that your heart can fill at this moment.

Feel their presence all smiling and radiating around and within you.

Including yourself.

May we be happy.

May we love and be loved.
