Heal The Eyes Meditation

Close your eyes and start to focus on your breathing,

Breathing in and out,

Focusing on your breath,

Just following your breath,

The natural flow,

Your own rhythm,

Becoming aware of the length and depth of your inhale and your exhale,

Following your breath in,

Just observing each breath as it flows,

It's your own rhythm,

Your own cycle,

Noticing your breath as you do this,

Start to connect with the flow,

As your focus is on the flow of your rhythm,

Your inhales start to become deeper and your exhales are more full of all your worries,

Anxieties and tension,

Everything else is gently leaving your mind,

As you're noticing each of your individual breaths,

Starting to connect,

Becoming the breath as it flows,

In,

Easily,

Softly,

As you start to feel your physical body becoming softer,

Heavier,

Letting go,

Really relaxing into your breath and into your body,

Now,

In your mind's eye,

You see your guardian angel walking towards you,

Emanating beautiful glowing energy and light,

They smile lovingly at you and offer you their hand as they guide you to stand up,

And now you walk together,

Up one step,

Onto a white path,

Down this white path,

This path leads you to a waterfall,

As the waterfall comes into view,

Peaceful,

Powerful,

Framed by rock and forest,

Your guardian angel guides you to stand in the waterfall,

To allow for a deep cleanse of the auric field,

As you stand within it,

The water cascades over you,

From head to toe,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Sweeping and washing away all auric debris,

All energy not your own,

And soothing your own spiky and disturbed energy,

As a physical shower cleanses the dirt away,

This energetic waterfall cleanses the auric energy of all energetic dirt,

Clearing,

Washing,

Allowing your own inner light and energy to shine outward,

Without being hidden,

Lean your head back in your chair,

Or if you're lying down,

Tilt your face up,

As your guardian angel now reaches behind the waterfall and takes a chalice with a spout,

To pour golden liquid into your third eye and physical eyes,

Allow this golden liquid to flow deep into your forehead,

And out the back of your head,

Into your physical eye sockets,

Through your eyelids,

Into the eyeball,

Blood vessels,

Nerves,

Tissue,

Bone and muscles,

Right back into the visual cortex of the brain,

This golden liquid is awakening,

Rejuvenating,

And restarting the physical aspect of sight in the human incarnated body,

To the soul aspect which sees and knows all,

This activation and connection is taking place now,

A moment now for the work to be done,

As the chalice empties now,

The highest angels of foresight guide you and your guardian angel from within the waterfall to behind it,

Into a cave in the mountain,

You are led deeper into this wide and airy cave passage,

And soon you see a light,

An opening,

You are coming to the exit,

As you leave the cave and enter a beautiful world of white,

With golden sunlight beaming down,

There are many other angels of sight milling around,

Welcoming you into this space,

The ones with you and your guardian angel,

Who is overseeing this experience,

In conjunction with your own soul's higher self,

Is allowing exactly what you need right now,

And with all this spiritual support,

The angels guide you to a white building,

It looks very ethereal,

But you are able to step inside,

And there you come into a long corridor,

There are several curtains hanging across the way,

These curtains are all white,

But of differing opacity,

These are the veils of amnesia,

That all souls go through voluntarily,

Before incarnating as part of this human experience,

The angels of foresight invite you to walk through your veils,

With intention and visualization,

You can walk through them so that they dissolve as you do so,

Opening you up to your own soul's inner wisdom,

Start walking straight ahead through the first veil,

A fully solid white,

Trust and have faith as you move towards it,

Walking through it,

As it allows you to pass,

And dissolves as you do so,

There is another angel of yours waiting beyond this veil,

Who now walks with you through the second veil,

A little lighter,

But still quite opaque,

Walking through it,

It also dissolves,

And this same angel who walks beside you,

Guides you through the third veil,

Dissolving as you go through it,

And disappears,

And now you both go through the fourth veil,

That dissolves and disappears as you move through it,

And as you approach the fifth veil,

This one holds some past life energy,

Of not allowing yourself to be seen,

Or not seen,

Not having clarity,

Or where your physical sight may have been removed,

By force,

Or not,

This veil may be flapping around in the wind,

Tumultuous and not still,

A little harder to walk through due to these energetic imprints from past lives,

Pause here a moment,

As your higher self and angel are calling in reinforcements to help you pass here,

And now they bring in the highest fire dragon of clearing,

Who is completely white,

With the clearest,

Bluest eyes,

And an open third eye in their forehead,

He uses his icy blue flames over your energy fields,

Where you stand within this flapping fifth veil,

Burning away,

Clearing away trauma that's affecting your eyesight and inner sight,

Your clarity to see and be seen for your highest good,

Move forward a little more,

To stand within this veil,

As it swirls all around you,

At moments feeling like the fabric is cocooning you,

And then whooshed,

Dramatically coming off of you,

Back and forth,

Just standing serenely in this space,

While the blue flames transmute the old baggage and blobs that sit on your spine,

Your head,

Your forehead,

And eyes,

As the white dragon finishes,

The veil calms,

Becoming still and a little more transparent,

And you may walk through it easily now,

As it dissolves around you as you do so,

We thank the fire dragon,

As he moves away,

Back to his home,

And now,

In front of the sixth veil,

Is a golden dragon,

The highest dragon of clarity,

He is ready to part to the sixth veil for you to pass,

As this one is in two pieces,

Like a set of theatre curtains,

However,

He first asks you to pause,

And ask yourself,

What don't I want to see in this lifetime,

At this moment in time,

Take the first thing that comes to you,

You may want to write it down,

And the second question,

What truth am I denying about myself,

Take the first thing that comes to you,

Jot it down,

And now just take a deep breath,

To release the heaviness of what these questions may contain,

Take a deep inhalation,

And exhalation,

And you can also reflect on these realizations later,

And at the same time,

Ask your higher self,

And guardian angel,

How to move past these self-imposed challenges,

Usually set by the ego mind and body,

And now,

The golden dragon pulls aside the curtains of the sixth veil,

Allowing you to pass through,

Once you achieve the waking state of no more self-denial,

Or no more self-imposed blocks,

This veil will be dissolved by him,

And now the seventh veil hangs before you,

Gossamer light,

Translucent,

White,

But somewhat shimmery,

Behind this veil represents who you are,

Your soul being,

Your energy and frequency,

Your divine core,

This veil may or may not be available to be dissolved today,

It depends on your willingness to go inward,

To maintain your highest frequency,

As much as you can with your daily thoughts,

Words,

And actions,

Your own angels sit with this veil,

And when you are ready,

They will remove it,

Right now,

They take each of your hands,

And guide you through it,

You move easily through this veil,

Taking the first step towards rediscovering your soul self,

Your true self,

This last veil may thin as you pass,

Or dissolve altogether,

This is personal to you and your soul experience,

And as you went through this last veil,

You've reached the end of the corridor,

And exit through an open door,

Down a few steps,

And into another building on your right,

This is the healing building,

And waiting for you at the entrance is a healing angel,

They smile at you lovingly,

And guide you to a room reserved especially for you today,

They guide you to lie back in a chair,

It looks somewhat like a lazy boy recliner,

You are comfortable with your head reclined,

And facing up,

And your eyes closed,

As more healing angels come forward now,

Ready to help physically heal your physical eyes,

The first angel in white comes forward,

She goes to stand behind your head,

And places her hands over each eye,

Sending through a beautiful blue healing energy and light,

Deep into your eyes,

Into the bony sockets,

Penetrating deeply into the muscles here,

The ones attached to the white part of your eye,

This blue healing energy is working to heal,

Soothe,

And rejuvenate this part of your physical eye system,

Reducing inflammation,

Pressure,

Filling any rifts or tears,

Will allow a moment for this work to be done,

As this angel finishes,

Another angel comes forward now,

Standing behind your head,

Places her hands on your eyes,

And pours a beautiful strong pink energy into the surface of your eyes,

Into the glands,

The membranes,

Eyelids,

Cornea,

All the oil and water layers,

The tear ducts,

This pink healing energy is healing,

Soothing,

Reducing inflammation,

Reducing pressure,

Rejuvenating this part of your eye system,

Will allow a moment for this work to be done,

As this angel finishes,

Another angel comes forward now,

Standing behind your head,

Places her hands on your eyes,

And pours a bright orange energy into the surface of your eyes,

Into the cornea,

Iris,

Pupil,

Lens,

Retina,

And all the substances contained within,

And deep into the optic nerve,

Healing,

Soothing,

Rejuvenating,

Reducing inflammation and pressure,

And will allow a moment for this work to be done,

As this angel now moves away,

Your guardian angel now directs an overhead beam of white light into your eyes,

Keep them closed,

This is a divine white light pouring into your eyes and sockets,

Straight out the back of your head,

And it's performing the finishing touches,

This white light is knitting up any tears or holes from shock,

Past trauma,

Overuse,

And strain,

As we allow a moment now for this to take place,

We thank the angels for the healing that just took place,

And now,

Take a deep inhalation,

And a full exhalation,

As your guardian angel now helps you out of that reclined chair,

Out of this healing room,

Out of the building,

Into the garden in this realm,

You may see other etheric beings milling about,

As you and your guardian angel walk down a path through this garden,

Walking through,

Until you eventually come to a small clearing on your left,

You see a bonfire burning in the middle,

With six large flat grey boulders surrounding the fire,

Your guardian angel guides you to sit on one of the boulders,

As they sit on the one next to you,

And we ask now,

For your higher self to invite anyone in,

Who may be blocking your intuitive vision and psychic sight in this lifetime,

For we are soul energy at our core,

And all seeing in all directions of time and dimensions,

And we want to open this ability up for everyone,

Now there may be four people or beings sitting there on the other boulders now,

Or only one,

They can be from past lives,

This lifetime,

Or from a karmic thread,

Or perhaps no one has shown up and there are symbols or contracts that have appeared instead,

Whatever happens is unique to you,

And now declare in your head or out loud,

I now release all obstructions and obstacles from my inner sight,

From my clairvoyance,

From my mind's eye,

And after your declaration,

A mighty fire dragon from the highest light comes forward and takes what or whoever is on the boulders and places them into the bonfire,

As he does,

The cords that link them to you are dissolved,

And take a deep inhalation and exhalation,

And now coming forward is your own angel of intuitive sight,

They come from your third eye,

From your third eye chakra,

Your mind's eye,

As they come out,

They cradle your head in both of their hands,

And from their own third eye energy center,

They directly pour into your third eye,

A stream of crystal white energy and frequency,

Pouring it in,

Clearing your natural psychic sight,

It's going right through your forehead,

Out the back of your head,

Through your pineal gland,

Your pituitary gland,

Clearing first,

And now activating,

Activating your inner sight,

It's already there,

This is like a jumper cable to get it started again,

To keep it going,

We'll take practice and use on your part,

But we'll allow a moment for this to be activated now,

As your own angel finishes,

They place an etheric clear quartz crystal into each physical eye,

And into your third eye,

To further amplify your clarity,

And as they now move back into your aura,

Where they normally stay,

Take another deep inhalation,

And exhalation,

As your guardian angel rises,

And helps you up from the boulder you're sitting on,

We thank that highest fire dragon who assisted,

As well as all the healing angels for helping and healing today,

As you and your guardian angel start walking back,

Out of the clearing,

Away from the boulders,

Down the path through the garden,

Down that path,

Past the buildings you were in,

Walking back until you get to that initial cave,

As you enter back through this wide and airy cave passageway,

Leading to the waterfall,

As you come out of the cave,

Your guardian angel guides you out from behind the waterfall and past it,

Back onto the white path,

Walking back to where you started,

And where your physical body sits,

As you reach your physical body,

Your guardian angel pushes your energetic self back in,

Back to the here and now,

You can start to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Or gently stretch,

Move in whatever way you feel comfortable to,

As you become more aware of your surroundings,

The physical around you,

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

With refreshed inner and outer sight,
