With each breath,
Invite your nervous system to soften.
Invite your mind to unclench.
Invite your body to release any tension.
Now bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Feel your connection to the ground beneath you.
With every breath,
Imagine energetic roots growing down from your feet,
Anchoring you to the earth.
You are supported.
You are held.
Now bring your awareness to the crown of your head.
Imagine a golden stream of light,
Like liquid sunlight flowing down from above.
This is the energy of creative vision,
Inspiration,
And universal guidance.
Feel it gently pour into the top of your head,
Moving through your mind,
Clearing old thoughts,
Clearing away any doubts.
Feel it flowing through your throat,
Activating your voice.
Feel it flowing down into your heart,
Filling it with warmth,
Confidence,
And compassion.
Feel it continuing all the way through your body until it meets the grounding energy of the earth beneath you.
You are the meeting point between earth and sky,
Between dreaming and doing.
