Sounds Of Frogs & Peepers For Sleep
This meditation has no verbal guidance. A listener asked if I could just record the frogs and peepers without any other sounds, so here it is. The sounds start quietly until the frogs get involved after two to three minutes. At the end, there is a 3-minute fade-out. To go to sleep, listen closely and try to distinguish the different voices of all the frogs and peepers. Eventually this will relax your mind, as thoughts and worries fade into the background. This was recorded live in the spring of 2020.
