Welcome,
I'm Nikki Sutton.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.
Dim the lights and lay or sit in a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.
Before we begin,
Just make sure the recipient of love and hugs would be okay with it.
Let's just relax and center ourselves before we get going with the process.
Take a deep breath in for me now.
And as you breathe out,
Release any stress or tension.
And take another breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Feel your vibration rising.
And one more breath in.
And as you exhale,
Recognize the being of love and light that you are.
Breathe normally now.
Perhaps a little deeper than usual,
Using all of your lungs.
So just begin to drift away.
Moving towards a state of relaxed peacefulness.
Allow your shoulders to sink down into their most relaxed position.
Let your arms and hands grow heavy as every muscle totally releases.
Become aware of any thoughts or thought patterns you've been going over,
Just calming now as you move further towards a restful place.
Allow your brow and the muscles around your eyes to become soft and relaxed.
You are becoming very calm and relaxed indeed.
Become aware now of a warming sensation at your chest.
Your heart chakra activating in love,
Light and compassion.
A beautiful green hue of love energy is activating at your chest.
You have such enormous capacity for love.
We never run out of love,
Because it's endless and it's infinite.
It's in the very fabric of the energy all around us.
Sense the capacity for love within you,
Activating at your heart chakra.
As its powerful light radiates in gorgeous greens all around.
Set the intention to connect with the person to whom you wish to send love and hugs.
Just think of them now,
And this sends out the signal to connect with them.
Okay,
In a moment I'll count you down,
And you will find yourself in their presence.
They may appear to you in their home,
Just doing what they're doing,
Or just there in front of you in a white golden space of glowing light.
If you work better with claircognizance,
Your sense of just knowing,
Rather than seeing images within your mind's eye,
Then use this sense instead.
Okay,
Counting you down now.
Here we go.

The focus of your consciousness is moving to this person.

Travelling effortlessly and quickly.

Growing closer to their energy now.

Remaining very calm and relaxed.

And 1,
And you're there.
And find yourself with this person.
Although they're unlikely to perceive you there,
It is possible.
They might call you later,
Having thought of you.
Allow this scene to become clear and vivid for you now,
And observe what they're doing,
If anything.
See or perceive your surroundings more and more clearly.
Okay,
It's time to provide them with the love you came here to bring.
Your heart chakra,
Still activated,
Is brimming with your love-light energy.
Initiate and sense a flow or beam of this loving energy,
Directed from your heart space to your recipient.
Send love from your heart to theirs.
Feel and see that happening now.
As your love meets their heart,
It begins to spread out all around them,
Surrounding them in an aura of love.
It may turn different colors as it mixes with their energies,
Perhaps blues,
Yellows,
Or simply golden.
Just allow this to continue for a few moments,
And feel their vibration rising.
Okay,
Permit your heart chakra to return to its normal radiance and intensity now.
As your beam of light begins to fade,
And your transmission of love comes to a close.
Well done.
So when you're ready,
Go over and give them a big hug.
You may need to sit down next to them if they're in the seated position,
But just approach them and give them a wonderful hug,
Filled with your loving energy.
Alright,
Just speak to them within your mind or out loud a few words of comfort or encouragement that you feel could be beneficial to them at this time.
They'll receive it on some subconscious level.
Go ahead.
Okay then,
It's time to return,
And I'll count you up and bring your consciousness back to your point of origin.
