
Yoga Nidra - Lokha Samastah Sukino Bavantu
Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and emotional healing. Make sure you are in a safe environment in which you will not be disturbed for the duration of the practice. Lie flat on the floor on a yoga mat using thin pillows for support under your head and feet. Before beginning Yoga Nidra, it may be beneficial to engage in Sun Salutations or some simple asana to prepare the body. (This track has been edited upon request from users)
