Welcome to the Jupiter Meditation by Nicole Piar.
Take a few deeper breaths,
Consciously relaxing the body,
Letting everything soften and drop down,
Lengthening through the spine and the crown of the head,
Coming into the body,
Coming into the present moment,
And finding an inner smile at the center of your being,
Letting that smile rise from within you,
And lightly surface on your lips,
And let that smile expand into an inner giggle,
A laugh,
Laughing at the wonder,
The weirdness of being alive right here,
Right now,
On earth,
In this body,
How strange it is to be here,
And feeling that buoyancy that comes from that inner laughter and that smile,
Feeling it fill you up,
Until you become lighter and lighter,
Becoming so light and buoyant that you begin to float upwards,
Floating up and up into the sky,
Seeing the vastness and the abundance of our earth from above,
Knowing that you can travel anywhere that you want,
With just a thought you can fly right to that place,
Feel that freedom,
That sense of infinite possibilities,
That open future,
And let yourself fly,
Freely,
Buoyant,
Riding on that inner smile,
You are free,
Infinite possibilities open up before you,
And then notice with delight and laughter that gold coins have appeared in your hands as you're flying over the bountiful earth,
And you feel a sense of generosity welling up in your heart,
And you drop the coins,
Knowing that the kind wind will carry them exactly where they're needed most,
That those who need to be taken care of will be taken care of,
That joy and delight,
Health and healing,
Peace and harmony will go exactly where it needs to go,
Releasing those gold coins into the world with a generous heart,
And noticing there's infinite supply as soon as one gold coin drops from your hand,
Another one appears,
A gift from the universe,
Endless supply,
You are always taken care of,
There is always more to give and more to receive,
There is enough,
There is more than enough,
To this feeling of lavish abundance,
The joy of giving,
The delight of receiving,
And as you look upon the bountiful earth,
You see that the sun is beginning to set and everything is aglow,
Beautiful pinks and oranges illuminate everything,
The world feels infused with laughter,
With generosity,
With revelry and joy,
Tune into that frequency and let it fill you up,
And as the sun begins to set,
The stars come out,
And you rise up beyond the planet earth into the cosmos,
Feeling yourself expand to contain the mystery of everything,
You expand beyond the solar system,
You expand beyond the Milky Way galaxy,
And you see nebulas,
Stars being born,
You feel the vastness,
You feel the mystery infusing everything,
You are that mystery,
And that mystery is you,
And then you see a beautiful turquoise light swirling in space,
Flecked through with gold,
It contains the energy,
The imprint of laughter and joy and generosity,
And infinite abundance,
The swirl of turquoise and gold light envelops you,
And you feel yourself infused with these feelings,
And you are infinite,
You are ever expanding,
You are joy and laughter,
And the entire universe reflects this,
And you are coming back down into your body,
But carrying this gift of the cosmos with this turquoise and gold light,
Feeling this expansive vastness pour into the container of your body,
And taking a deep breath,
Knowing that you will see and feel abundance and generosity everywhere today,
You are taken care of,
You are held,
You are safe,
You are free,
So enjoy,
Play,
And laugh,
And dance.
