Let us tune in to our healing. So in this state that you've created now, This heart led state, This heart feeling state, Starting to just do a body scan, Top of the head, Down the face. The shoulders, The arms, The fingers. The chest and the back. The spine from neck. To tailbone. Your beautiful belly. The hips, The thighs and the knees. The shins and the heels and the toesies. All ten. Just notice if there's any places there that are requesting some extra love tonight. Maybe it's something on your heart, In your emotions, In your relationships, In your mind, In your spirit that needs tending to tonight, Welcoming whatever it might be. And you can begin to hear the healing waters in your ears. And so I invite you to go to a body of water that feels safe and nourishing for you, A lake, A river, An ocean, A stream. Perhaps a spring bubbling up from the center of the earth. And sit by this water here. Call out to it and say hello, I'm here, Thank you. Thank you for being a place I can come to for my healing. And if it feels good you can, In your mind's eye, Go into these waters. Maybe just your toes. Maybe just placing a hand in the stream and placing it over your forehead. Feeling the cool waters. Placing it over your heart or maybe going all in dunking into the waters Asking them to help you to move through this current pain, This current struggle, Difficulty that you are experiencing. Asking for clarity and renewal for this is what the waters are so good at helping with. Constantly moving and transforming. So I'm going to sing now for a little while and I invite you to share in the comments what's going on for you if you want to. Or you can just listen and settle in for a beautiful moment.
