Welcome to this Soul Connection guided meditation.
Please do not do this if you are driving,
But find yourself and give yourself the luxury of sitting in a beautiful,
Quiet space,
Maybe with a journal,
Giving yourself time to go within,
To meet your soul.
So take a seat now,
And feel the ground beneath you,
With your spine erect or maybe lying down,
Know that you are fully supported.
Now before we travel to a higher place,
A higher part of us,
Our soul,
Maybe even our guides,
Know that we must release all the heavy energy and fears that stop us from meeting our soul in pure innocence.
So we meet that now,
But there is nothing to fear,
Our fear is our intel,
It is there to evolve us,
But often we can release that just by acknowledging it,
Just like a child in the backseat of a car,
Crying.
Let's acknowledge that fear with a simple practice,
Like psychological acupuncture.
We will tap at the side of our hand,
So join me now,
By just tapping lightly at the side of our hand,
Underneath the finger,
And repeating the words after me.
Even though I have these fears and doubts,
I willingly release these fears,
So I can meet my higher self.
Even though I have these fears of,
And substituting your own fears here,
Take your time and name them,
I willingly release these fears,
To Mother Gaia and the Infinite,
As I do not need them.
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
And even though,
Keep tapping,
I have these fears and doubts,
I accept myself just the way I am,
And willingly release them to the Infinite.
Take another deep breath in,
Holding at the top,
And release with an audible sigh now.
If you have not already done so,
Please close down your beautiful eyes,
And maybe place two fingers,
Or the palm of your hand,
At the centre of your chest.
Sense,
Feel,
Or imagine now,
That spark of light.
That is your light,
Your consciousness,
Glowing,
Flowing,
In the centre of your heart.
With every breath in,
And every breath out,
We can release the fear further,
And allowing the flame of our heart to grow.
Maybe you want to think of something that you love,
A place,
Person or thing,
That gives you joy,
Appreciation,
Gratitude,
Freedom.
Like bottling up magic,
Let that fire,
Let that bottle of magic now grow,
With every breath in,
And out,
Easily,
Elegantly,
Effortlessly.
Let it flow,
And fill the space,
Within the space,
Behind your heart.
Let it glow up now,
Up through your throat,
Past your eyes,
Behind your head,
The space within the space.
Let it flow even more.
Let that glow now go all the way down,
Past your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Into your fingers,
And up past your shoulders,
And down past your heart,
Through your ribs,
Your diaphragm,
Your pelvis,
Your knees,
Your feet.
Let the glow and light of your heart now expand fully,
As if you are a sun,
Flowing gently,
Elegantly,
Outwards,
Filling your entire cellular being.
Nothing to do,
But letting that whole power and glow,
That flow of the light,
Melt away your whole physical body now,
Nothing to do,
Except let it flow.
Let it flow now,
Ever further,
Outwards,
And maybe you want to drop your hand to your knees,
As your light flows now,
Out to fill the entire room in which you sit,
Elegantly,
Effortlessly.
As it glows even further,
Feeling the bliss and the gratitude of that light flowing out,
Upwards,
Through the roof of the building in which you sit,
Elegantly,
Effortlessly,
Flowing out,
Let it be filled with the joy and gratitude and love in your heart.
From this lightness,
It flows,
Let it flow even further now,
As if it's flowing all the way out into the very sky,
To cover the entire region in which you are,
And far and further still,
Elegantly,
Effortlessly,
The light of your consciousness,
Of your love from your heart,
Expands even further to fill your country,
Flowing across waters,
To cover now the whole of your hemisphere,
Until in the next breath,
It covers the entire planet.
And it's as if the whole of the planet now is within you,
As if you surround the whole of the planet,
You,
As the beautiful,
Powerful glow of a thousand suns,
As the earth now sits within your orbit,
Beautifully,
Elegantly,
Effortlessly.
And from this beautiful place,
We offer up any remaining fear,
Our smallness,
Our ego,
That stops us now from connecting with our soul.
So we offer now the intention to connect with our highest self,
From this highest vibration that we find ourselves in,
Because we have created it from our heart center,
The portal to our soul.
Magnify now that feeling of joy,
Appreciation.
As we give the intention now to defer to our heart's intuitive intelligence,
So we can connect with our soul.
Keep breathing in that beautiful light.
And in your next breath,
Sense,
Feel,
Or imagine that you are walking through a portal.
This portal will take you to your soul.
Notice the shape,
The smells,
The size of this portal.
You do not need to do anything except walk through,
Knowing you are so safe.
As you walk through this portal,
Feel the light glowing and flowing there.
Sense a beam of golden white light at a particular point,
Like a mount.
Just sense,
Feel,
Or imagine what you feel.
And as you head towards that beautiful light,
Invite now that soul connection to meet you there,
Your soul,
That part of you that you want to remember.
And that is all you are here for,
To remember.
And from this beautiful place,
Maybe you have a question,
Or maybe you just seek guidance.
So I offer this question to ask your soul,
What would you have me know for my highest good at this time?
Your intuition works in signs and symbols,
So just wait for it to land.
Let your heart keep expanding with love,
Light,
Gratitude,
Appreciation,
And freedom,
As the information may come now or later.
