This is a session that includes 1 Hebrew or Old Testiment scripture (Psalm 32:7) along with the "I Am Safe, I Am Loved" meditation. Centering Prayer 1. Choose a sacred word as the symbol of your intention to consent to God’s presence and action within you. 2. Sitting comfortably and with eyes closed, settled briefly and silently introduce the sacred word as the symbol of your consent to God’s presence and action within. 3. When engaged with your thoughts, return ever-so-gently to the sacred word. (Normal flow in our consciousness-distractions) Don’t resist, let them go and tolerate. 4. At the end of the prayer period, remain in silence with eyes closed for a couple of minutes.

Welcome to the I Am Safe,

I Am Loved guided scripture meditation.

The purpose of this meditation is to affirm the inner witness within your heart that you are safe and you are loved.

Please take a moment and center yourself.

Quiet your heart and your mind.

Take a deep breath.

Psalm 32 verse 7.

You are my hiding place.

You preserve me from trouble.

You surround me with songs of deliverance.

I am safe.

I am loved.

You are my hiding place.

You preserve me from trouble.

You surround me with songs of deliverance.

I am safe.

I am loved.

You are my hiding place.

You preserve me from trouble.

You surround me with songs of deliverance.

I am safe.

I am loved.

Now take the next few moments to focus in on the phrase,

I am safe.

I am loved.

Quietly meditate or repeat this simple truth.

Allow it to strengthen and affirm the promises of God in your life today.

May you know the depth of safety and love God provides for you in this secret place of your heart.

Amen.

Again, thank you for such beautiful scriptures. Strong, confident voice, good pace, perhaps the titles could be adjusted to be able to tell them apart , they look the same from the menu. God bless!

A wonderful addition to this series. I love the background music, "Be still my soul, the Lord is on your side." Very fitting.
