Stairway to Higher Ascension

Ever so gently close your eyes.

Become still.

Be at peace.

Be at peace.

Allow yourself to let go.

Ever drifting inward.

Becoming still.

Being at peace.

Take now a deep breath.

Breathing in life.

Feel the essence.

Feel the prana.

As it permeates you.

As it touches your mind.

As it transforms the cells in your body.

Be at peace.

Be at peace.

Take now another deep breath.

Breathing in love.

Breathing in love.

Feel its warmth.

Like the radiance of the sun shining upon you.

Take now another deep breath.

Breathing in light.

Breathing in light.

Feel it surrounding you.

Forming into a bubble of light.

Being sealed off.

With true perfection.

Only light and love dwells here.

Only light and love can penetrate.

And ever so slowly continue to go inward.

To that place,

That place that is secure.

That place where you feel unafraid.

That place that is your inner temple.

As you enter into this temple,

You see there standing before you a spiraling staircase.

A stairway to higher ascension.

Slowly you walk towards this staircase.

Your teachers,

Your guides,

Your masters all come and join with you as you walk towards the staircase.

As you stand at the bottom of this staircase,

You look up.

You see there swirling about all of the colors of the rainbow.

The blues,

The greens,

The orange,

The violets,

The indigo,

The yellows.

Swirling about,

Harmonizing and blending together.

But as you look ever upward,

You see there standing on top of the staircase.

And garbed in white.

With outstretched arms beckoning you.

Come,

Come,

Come.

Slowly now you take your first step.

And as you do this,

You now begin to experience the red ray of light.

It enfolds you,

It penetrates you.

The white light blends with it.

And as you stand there and become at one with this red ray of light,

A solid foundation is built for you.

And that which is less than a part of you now is eliminated.

You let go of hurts.

You let go of angers.

You are filled with power,

With strength as you become at one with this red ray of light.

Swirling now your second step.

The orange flame envelops your being.

This is the dwelling place of self.

As the white light blends with this orange flame,

You become at one with yourself.

You become at one with your sexuality.

You become at one with your physical being and your mental being.

And this flame burns away negative thought patterns.

All that is less than perfect.

As you become at one with the orange ray of light,

New life begins to form.

Your body is rejuvenated.

You feel at one with yourself.

Taking now your next step,

The yellow ray of light surrounds you and enfolds you.

Again the white light blends with it.

This is the city of gems.

This is the place that you begin to feel power,

Begin to feel more strength.

You feel confidence.

You feel a sense of being uplifted.

A sense of spirituality overcomes you as you become at one with the yellow ray of light.

As you take your next step,

The green ray of light enfolds you.

The white light again blends with it.

You feel as if you are basking in a lush bed of green grass.

And as this vibration of the green essence dwells within you,

A sense of vitality overcomes you.

A sense of health.

A sense of prosperity.

Never before have you experienced love in this manner.

Your heart chakra is opened now.

There is now love for yourself.

Love for those that are around you.

Love for the planet.

Love for all of creation.

As you become at one with this green vibration of light.

Moving ever upward,

The blue ray of light penetrates your being now.

The white light again blends with it.

The vibration is uplifted.

A sense of purity overcomes you.

A sense of true expression of yourself.

Total acceptance is here.

You are ridded of all that is less than ease.

As you become at one with this blue ray of light.

There is now only peace,

Peace of mind.

Peace.

Peace.

As you now take your next step.

The ray of indigo unfolds you.

The white light again blends with it.

As you become at one with this ray of indigo,

The ability to see beyond is now there.

Your third eye is opened.

You see more clearly now.

For you see not only through the physical realm,

But you now see through the higher realms of expression.

Universal intelligence is given to you.

Universal wisdom.

Universal understanding.

As you become at one with this ray of indigo.

Taking now your next step,

The violet ray unfolds you.

Again the white light blends with it.

A sense of electricity vibrates through your being.

Serenity overcomes you.

You are as a flower with a thousand petals unfolding to its fullest bloom.

As you become at one with the violet ray of light.

You have walked the staircase of higher ascension.

As you look up,

There before you now stands this figure garbed in white.

You know this is your higher self.

Your higher self takes your hands and then embraces you.

Never before have you felt such love.

Such peace.

Such goodness.

Such caring.

Your higher self now looks into your eyes and you look into his.

You recognize and realize that this is your true self.

You come to know that you are the diamond with its many facets of love,

Of peace,

Of joy,

Of goodness.

They are all part of you.

Your higher self now takes your hand and walks with you.

There before you now stands an altar of white alabaster marble.

Upon this altar sets a treasure chest.

In made of gold,

Your higher self opens this treasure chest for you and says to you of the many gifts that are here in this treasure chest,

I would like you now to take that which is yours.

Take that which is yours.

One that is most meaningful to you.

Take it so that you might remember who it is that you are.

That you truly are divine.

That you truly are a child of God.

That you truly are the united one.

That you truly are the Christ in expression.

Together now you sit.

You commune with one another.

All that you question is now answered.

Guidance is being given to you.

And love and light and peace and joy is felt within your beingness.

You feel a sense of freedom,

Unique but yet free and yet bonded with all that there is.

You look about and see all of creation before you and your higher self reveals to you your true purpose.

What it is that you are to accomplish.

Only now bask in this oneness.

But now your higher self says it is time to return.

It is time to return to your world.

So ever so gently and slowly you become aware of what is about you.

Your higher self speaks to you again and reminds you to take with you your gift so that you might have it with you at all times.

Each time you look at it you will know what your true purpose is,

What your function is here on the planet Earth.

That you are never alone,

That you are part of the whole.

Begin now gently focusing again on the here and the now.

Bring your awareness back.

Bring it with you.

Bring with you a sense of peace,

A sense of joy,

A sense of goodness,

A sense of caring and sharing.

Bring with you your true self,

Your truer essence,

Your Christed essence.
