And for this meditation I would love it if you would get on the ground,
Lying down on your back,
Taking a great big deep breath in,
And out.
Let's take one more great big deep breath in,
And out.
Now I want you to bring your knees into your chest,
Hug them in tight to your body,
And gently roll side to side.
See how lovely that feels,
Slowly going each way just a few times before you stop on one side and let those knees drop all the way over,
Extend those arms out,
And look the other way.
Let's take a deep breath right here.
In.
And let's take one more great big deep breath in,
And out.
Gently bring those knees up and over to the other side,
And look the opposite way from your knees,
Followed by two deep breaths in.
Ready?
Here we go.
Deep breath in,
And out.
Let's do one more great big deep breath in,
And out.
Let's come back to the center,
Hug your knees in as tight as you can.
Let's take one more deep breath in right here,
And out.
Extend your legs out long,
Reach your arms up over your head,
Reach your toes and fingers as far away from each other as you can,
And now let your arms fall to your sides.
What do you want more of in your life?
Do you need more stretching?
Do you need more deep breathing?
Do you need more meditation?
Do you need more love?
Do you need more journaling?
Every day is a new day to fill up your cup on the inside,
And only you can do that.
This short meditation is for you to start filling your cup up.
Let's fill it up daily with positive affirmations,
With gratitude,
With some deep breathing and gentle stretching.
Starting the day with your cup filled up is the best way to start any and every day,
Beginning with when you wake up first thing in the morning.
