8-8 Breathing In The Lion's Roar

I've been working on this for a while now.

The last few weeks sort of waiting to see what information was coming through.

So for those who come to my lives regularly,

You'll know that I sort of like,

I get guided to set something up and what to call it,

But no idea what it's going to be.

But I've been working,

Then I work on it closer to the time.

So I've been working on that for the last couple of weeks and really experiencing quite significant amounts of energy.

So I think today is going to be a very powerful day.

I mean,

We've been in this window for 8.

8.

It opens the end of July,

And we've been in this window for a while now where it's the energy has been building.

This energy has been building for quite a while.

I've been going into every single day and just getting more and more depth to what's coming through.

There is going to be,

What I will say to you is that following on from today,

I would definitely recommend doing some energy clearing work.

I would definitely recommend doing some recalibration work because this energy is going to take quite a bit to drop into place.

So the practice that I'm going to share with you today is going to help you to feel that energy.

What you'll need to do from there is to work on being able to integrate it because the integration is the key.

So we're in,

8.

8 is one of the significant periods of the year for me.

And I think it is for all entrepreneurs.

And even if you're not an entrepreneur and you're here,

It doesn't matter because this practice is going to be just as valuable for you if you don't have a business.

But the period between 8.

8 and 11.

11 is when we take these energies that we're getting at this moment in time.

And this window is open for a few more days after this.

And we're integrating those so that we're ready to go at 11.

11 with the new flow of energy.

So 8.

8 to me is very significant because it's about what we do with those energies between now and 11.

11 when the new year energies are available to us to move with.

It's one of the reasons I often offer planning sessions sort of end of October so that people are in a space to actually to start taking action from 11.

11.

But I don't always do something for 8.

8 because like last year,

I didn't do anything for 8.

8 because the energy didn't feel as powerful.

This year it feels intensely powerful.

So I think that it's an important time to do something with that.

So 8.

8,

I'm sure many of you will know about what 8.

8 is but anybody who doesn't,

I'll just recap.

So 8.

8 is known as the Lionsgate Portal and it's a time Sirius rises again and the light streams in from Sirius to our sun,

To our earth,

Everything's in alignment and it's rising in Leo which is why it's called the Lionsgate.

So for me,

It's a time when,

I mean,

A lot of people talk about manifestation at this point in time and that's definitely the case but I think it's more than that.

It's a time when we can really massively expand our energetic capacity and elevating the understanding we have of our work and its direction.

So the window opens a little bit before 8.

8 at the end of July and it closes around about the 12th of August.

I think it is the 12th of August this year that it closes.

This year,

We are also in an eight numerological year so we are 8.

8.

8 today,

Which makes it even more powerful.

As I was saying,

We're in this space now where we can receive these energies and then between now and 11.

11,

We are integrating them.

What I've been getting is the Earth's consciousness is evolving,

Which we know obviously,

But as Sirius is rising,

The energies that are becoming available are speeding up that evolution,

Which in turn changes the frequencies that we receive through the Earth and therefore what's possible for us to create.

So today's session is centered on creation energy and your power as a creator.

And we're gonna be opening up the channels to new energies coming into the Earth and flowing into expression.

Now,

I think my impression of a lot of understanding of 8.

8 is that people are trying to soak in the light codes themselves.

I think it is really important to understand that our presence here on the Earth means that we are an expression of Earth consciousness as well as being an expression of divine consciousness.

So our job here is to interpret the evolution of the Earth consciousness through the things that we do.

So for me to receive those light codes from the Earth is more important than to receive them directly.

And I think we can make more sense of them that way.

Before we start with the practice,

I'd like you to spend a moment reflecting on what you want to create at this time,

Something that's going to add to your life and embolden your expression of yourself and just really begin to slow down and sit with that.

Begin to still the rushing of your mind and quieten that noise that is demanding your focus,

Your energy and your time.

What will make you more you and more in your power if you choose to create it?

And as you have that,

Perhaps you can begin to soften your gaze or maybe even close your eyes.

Take a deep breath now.

Drop your awareness into your body,

Taking it deeper with each breath so that you begin to feel the energy so that you begin to feel your breath touch your fingers and touch your toes.

And keep that breath going so that you can feel your fingers touching the air around you and your toes,

The ground beneath you.

And maybe begin to feel that invitation to extend your energy and awareness down into the Earth.

And follow that invitation down,

Down until you reach the Gaia Gateway.

This is the point of transition between Earth and nature consciousness.

This is the point where the Earth's grid emanate and travel across the planet through those seven realms of consciousness.

You don't need to know where it is,

Just feel your way through it.

Just feel your way there.

The energy of Sirius flows into the heart of the Earth and then moves through the Gaia Gateway into nature consciousness,

Which is,

Of course,

What we all are.

It's just connecting to that energy and all that it holds for you as a unique expression of nature.

Breathe gently,

But deeply so that you can begin to calibrate to the energy.

And you're in control of how much energy you receive.

Breathe to expand yourself to the point at which it is comfortable.

And breathe to the point at which you can feel your edges.

And then invite the energy to flow up through the Earth's grids to the point of the Earth's grid that meets you in your Earth star.

Maybe you can see or sense like almost like a golden thread that comes all the way up from the Gaia Gateway directly to your Earth star,

Which is where you can begin to translate and interpret this energy as an expression of who you are.

Letting that energy pool in your Earth star.

If you can now place a hand on your belly or visualize placing a hand on your belly to ask now,

What is my soul's desire to create at this time?

What is my soul's desire to create at this time?

And it may be what you thought you wanted to create or it may be different.

But begin to paint a picture in your mind that is alive with detail and feeling of what you are ready to create.

And you may not be able to paint a picture,

But you can build a set of all the feelings,

The emotions,

Maybe sense the colors so that you can really feel it as an energy that you are ready to birth.

And set an intention now to breathe the life force energies of creation into your Earth star to activate this creation that you're ready to bring forward.

And drawing out the energies of nature and creation into that Earth star,

Into that desire to create.

And when you're ready,

Breathe these energies into your body so that it flows up through your feet,

Moving up your legs,

Through your sacral and your solar plexus.

Breathe into the flow,

Breathe into the energy to allow it to move through you.

You're in control of how much energy moves through you.

But as it reaches your heart,

Wash this energy in your heart energy.

And it may change form now,

But it is just as alive.

You feel that energy becoming ready to be shed.

And as it reaches your heart,

You feel that energy becoming ready to be shed.

Begin to extend it directly from your heart,

Send it out all around you.

Let it travel as far as it wants to.

And visualize it being received.

Visualize the response.

And when you send out energy like this,

There is always a response.

Open your heart to a return wave of energy.

Open your heart to receive that response.

And feel your heart space swelling.

Filling up.

And open your hands and your mouth and send that energy back out through your breath and through your hands.

This is your voice and your actions,

Send that energy out.

And now you can ask yourself,

Or your guides,

Your inner wisdom,

For three actions that you can take to hold and amplify this energy.

When you have your answers,

Take a deep breath.

Feel your body rise and fall with your breath.

Feel your connection with your body.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Maybe write down those three actions.

Definitely take a good drink of water and make sure that you stretch your body throughout the rest of the day and move to integrate this energy.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and maybe write down those three actions.

And move to integrate this energy.
