High Heart Consciousness In Business

Energy is consciousness and all consciousness is seeking to come into form.

As it does so,

An energy system is born and the system governs the changing state of balance and dynamics within that form.

And the system that we are most aware of is the system of chakras and they bring certain energetic qualities and dominant traits.

So the root is related to security,

The sacral to creativity,

The solar plexus to will and sense of self,

The heart to love,

The throat to expression,

The third eye to perception and the crown to consciousness.

And when we undertake particular activities,

They are governed by one of those energy centres and that can be in a state of balance or imbalance.

Now business is energy,

It is consciousness so it has an energy system,

It has an energy body.

And business has been governed for the longest time by the solar plexus chakra and this is around the personality,

It's around ego,

Identity,

Freedom,

Choice,

Purpose,

Willpower,

It's very eye focused energy and it has been reflected in the world of business where it has been about personal brands and the need to drive the business forward through a sense of identity and there has been also very much a linking of a sense of identity and worth to the performance of the business.

So that has been very distorting and very damaging and troublesome for a lot of people,

Particularly those who are highly sensitive or empathic when they are trying to work in the business field because their sense of self is not wrapped up in,

And their sense of worth is not wrapped up in what their performance is but yet that is how business has been structured.

So it has really distorted our sense of worth and our need to measure this worth through our businesses and it's felt so uncomfortable to many especially when there is a need to drive behaviour as part of the business process and that need to drive behaviour has led in turn to persuasion and manipulation,

High pressure tactics leave empaths and highly sensitive people deeply uncomfortable either as a receiver of them or as a deliverer and often people get trapped into feeling the need to deliver on those high pressure tactics because that's what works.

So many business models have been tried out,

Many gurus have pushed their systems and the discomfort has led to a growing trend of heart centred businesses.

Within these heart centred businesses though the solar plexus is still the driving force,

It's losing ground to heart centred business ethics but it is still there.

But there is a growing trend towards heart centred businesses and these are businesses that are focused on conscious principles that bring positive change and impact.

And the primary driver is not money but contribution,

The focus is genuine good and personal expression.

It is a big change from the solar plexus led business.

And the valuing of the self and the role is inherent and it's not about the worth in terms of what's perceived to be happening and it hasn't got to be proven because it is about understanding that you are bringing something to the world that is inherently of value and therefore has its own worth and your sense of worth is no longer wrapped up in that.

But we're still in that state of transition,

We're still very much,

We've got one foot very firmly in the solar plexus camp and another in the heart centred camp and so we are on the move.

Part of the reason that we have not completed this transition into heart centred businesses is because there is this belief issue.

It is such a big departure from what we have known that there is still that question,

Can it work to have a different driver?

So it's a niggling doubt that holds back that shift completely into the heart centred chakra.

But we are moving through that.

It is a space of movement as we go into that.

This is not the end destination.

It's an important place that we are going to move through in order to rebalance the role of business in society but it's not the destination.

Business currently takes resources,

Environment,

People,

Ideas in order to create.

The principle of the heart based business is to do no harm.

In the way that our current business models take resources and the fact that they're finite is not so much of an issue because their focus is on making money.

In the heart centred business,

Real focus is about doing no harm.

A heart centred business will not take resources that are not renewable because it's not designed to harm the future in that way.

The removal of harm from the equation is only part of the equation.

There is more beyond this.

The heart centred business is a transition point into the higher heart business.

Now the higher heart energy is not the eye of heart centred.

Now what we see in heart centred businesses is around finding that personal expression,

Finding that value in what you bring to the world which is an important transition for everybody to move through but beyond that is the high heart consciousness and that is anchored into being part of the whole and bringing your unique gifts to the whole because that is what rebalances the whole.

It's basically an act of love because it creates balance and harmony.

So finding your unique contribution and expressing this is shifting the frequency of the world.

There's nothing more important that you can do within your business to find out what is your unique thing to bring,

Not what someone else tells you is yours to bring but what is your unique thing to bring.

So beyond this,

This space where we are in transition is an opportunity to ensure that business activities aren't just doing no harm but they are an active integrated part of our life support systems.

They are integrated into our ecosystem.

They work according to the full cycle within the business operating model.

The high heart is the energy centre that governs divinity within the human physical form.

It is the alchemy of physical form and spiritual purpose in one place.

Business in the high heart realm is balance and harmony of the one and the one within the whole and the act of coming into harmony in order to harmonise the whole and this is going to bring the challenge of seeing what is beyond our sight at this time.

This is the place that we are going,

There's no question of it but we don't know what that looks like yet.

So we have to engage trust in the path and trust in the process of acting upon it when we are to some degree blind of the impacts and the consequences.

Trust is going to be a big aspect of future business development and that means that intuition is going to become our guide because it takes us beyond what we know and into what we can feel to be true.

So the evidence base for business will shift along with the motivation for it.

There's so much emphasis on proving efficacy and worth currently that it's just simply going to give way to different benchmarks altogether and they may not be the same for everybody.

In fact they almost certainly won't be the same for everybody but it's okay not to know.

We don't know what the future will look like until we get there but it doesn't mean we have to wait.

We can act upon those callings now.

Business is changing and it will continue to change at a faster and faster rate so the sooner you make the shift the sooner you'll feel the benefits.
