Today we'll work with a mantra as mantra is a protector of the mind.
Our mantra today is aham prema.
It translates into I am divine love.
So with each inhale we recite aham.
With each exhale we recite prema.
Aham prema.
So we will work today.
First through our voice,
Then through a whisper,
Then silently so we can imprint that mantra in our cellular DNA to support us always.
So when you're ready and you're sitting comfortably,
Allow yourself to close the eyes,
To soften the jaw,
To relax the face,
To let the shoulders drop away from your ears,
And to allow yourself this time and this presence in this moment.
