Welcome to this week's Purely Being Meditation.
In this manifestation meditation we're going to go beyond what your desires are,
Into the real juice of it all by focusing on the experience you want to have with them once they've manifested.
Now,
Most items and experiences are essentially neutral until we have a relationship with them and we give them meaning,
Weaving a story about their presence in our life.
It only takes a couple of dreams coming true to realize that it's not always about the thing,
It's about our living relationship with it,
The day-to-day experiences of thought and emotion we have with it.
Like I said before,
What we want is only the container and the emotional experience,
The felt relationship with it,
Is the living reality that's animating it and making it wonderful and worthwhile.
And that's what we're going to focus on today.
First,
Let's get centered by placing one hand on your heart,
One hand in your lap or on your leg,
And closing down your eyes,
Beginning to deepen the breath,
Breathing in and out through your nose,
Slowly,
Softly,
Mindfully,
Finding a quiet and calm rhythm.
And just continuing to breathe like this for the rest of our practice,
Keeping your breath calm,
Slow,
Neutral,
And relaxed,
In and out through the nose.
Let your hand come to rest in your lap.
Now I want you to think of something you desire.
It could be something completely new for you,
Something you haven't experienced,
Or it could be an elevated experience with something you already have.
So maybe you have lots of money,
But you want to have a better feeling relationship with it.
So just think of something you desire to have or to experience more of,
Or in a more elevated way.
And it's okay and it's natural to have more than one thing.
Just focus on whatever feels most alive and exciting in your mind right now.
You don't need to go to the most serious thing or the thing you need the most,
But rather choose something that feels kind of light and exciting to think about.
Now that you have the general idea of what you want,
The mental image of it,
Aka the container,
We're going to fill it up with a feeling picture of your felt day-to-day relationship with it.
The experience you'd like to have with it in your future now moments,
As a way to make it even more real for you and to manifest a more fulfilling version of it.
To do this exercise,
We're going to get into the day-to-day sensations,
Thoughts,
And feelings you'll be having when you have it.
Thinking and feeling as if you have it and really getting into that positive living experience of it.
Just breathe.
Let me ask you,
How do you want to feel when you have your desire?
When you're living with it in your day-to-day life,
How do you want to feel in your body,
In your emotions,
Your spirit?
What do you want your most common thoughts about it to be?
So when it pops up in your mind or in conversation,
What kinds of things do you desire to be thinking about it?
Why do you love it so much?
Why is it such a good thing?
What are your favorite things about it?
How do you describe it to others when they ask you about it?
What kinds of things do you say to them?
Now I want you to take yourself through a specific moment of the day of your daily life where you have this in your life.
And if you can,
Make the picture even brighter and more lifelike.
Add some details in.
Once you've got the picture,
Begin to animate it with the emotions and thoughts you desire to experience with it.
And start thinking the positive thoughts that you have about it as you're experiencing it.
Now placing both hands on your heart,
Take three deep intentional breaths,
Feeling incredible gratitude in your body,
Mind and spirit for the presence of this desire in your life.
And not just that,
How wonderful it feels to really live it in your day to day experience.
How it elevates and expands you and makes you so excited to be alive.
Beautiful.
See if you can carry these feelings of gratitude into your day to day.
And even beginning to cultivate these kinds of emotions and thoughts in your now experience.
Truly living and acting as if it's already done and manifested.
Not needing to wait to have it to start feeling good and to start having a positive relationship with it now.
This really is how you become a vibrational match not just to your desire but to a juicy and life-giving realization of it that continues to feed and bless you every single day in miraculous ways.
When you're ready you can softly open up your eyes,
Re-centering into your now but from the perspective of you who is already living your desire.
You are more than welcome to repeat this process here in the meditation or in your journal later with all of your desires.
