Like dropping into a pool of turquoise water,
Like a sensation of summer within,
Begins to ripple,
To swirl through you,
And you can soften more,
And you just let yourself enjoy these sensations within.
Safety gently rises to meet you,
And you sense,
So gently,
Any woundings in the heart space,
Distortion,
Disharmony.
You don't need to think into it,
You just gently sense it,
Like tracing the surface of water with your hand.
You just notice,
And with a soft yet powerful wave of intention within,
You begin to sense the turquoise energy flowing through.
Beautiful turquoise waters,
Running through the back of the heart,
The depths of the heart,
Pouring out and around you,
Swirling,
Moving,
Flowing,
Healing any woundings to your tender heart,
Melting any resistance to a deeper experience of warmth,
Safety,
Beauty and love,
So that more of your soulful essence begins to run through your heart,
Like a river,

A softness,
