Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for joining me in this meditation.

We are so grateful to be here with you,

And it is always such a joy and an honor to serve.

So we're moving into this blessed meditation today that is helping us all to really learn about our souls,

Really to understand our soul,

But most importantly in this meditation is to literally begin to locate our soul's light inside of our bodies.

There's many different perceptions of this process,

And we have learned that there is a very beautiful sacred space inside of our energy system,

Inside of our bodies,

Where our soul resides.

So please,

If you would,

Close your eyes and begin to take some slow and gentle deep breaths.

These beautiful breaths are to help ground your energy systems as well as begin to connect deeply into your breath,

Into your body,

Creating this rhythmic,

Beautiful connection to your heart,

To your soul.

These breaths,

Please bring them in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Gentle,

Slow,

Purifying breaths.

Each breath is connecting to this beautiful energetic presence,

This vitality,

The love of spirit,

Moving in through your breath,

Moving into your body,

Landing in your heart.

Every breath is gathering light,

Is gathering this vitality,

Is gathering the energy of spirit,

Coming into your body on each breath,

Dropping into your heart,

Landing in your heart,

Really feeling and seeing your breath now in your heart.

It's perhaps even envisioning it as light,

Beautiful,

White,

Diamond light inside your heart,

Wrapping around your heart and just infusing this higher energy inside your heart,

Starting to expand and to create space within your heart to experience this meditation in a more grounded,

More centered,

More loving way.

So a couple more of these breaths,

Breathing out,

Gathering that light,

Gathering that beautiful spirit,

The energy of spirit,

The vitality of spirit,

Dropping into your heart,

Landing in your heart.

If you so choose,

You can take a pause on your breath now,

Right there within your heart space.

No breathing,

Just for a few moments.

And just witness and watch the light moving into your heart,

Surrounding your heart,

Encircling your heart,

Doing what it so beautifully does,

Which is purify and clear out what does not serve,

What is not of your true divine light.

When you're ready,

You can breathe out and gather that light once more,

Breathing in,

Dropping in,

Dropping into your heart and move into a rhythmic breath of giving and receiving of this breath,

Giving out your breath,

Receiving light as you breathe in,

Practicing this beautiful dance of giving and receiving of light in this beautiful circular breath now.

And as you drop into your heart on this next breath,

We're inviting you to take all your concentration and all your focus there,

Really feeling and seeing what's happening now as we request these next steps.

We're asking you to take two steps back,

Two intuitive steps back behind your heart,

Into the space behind your heart,

Into this space you go,

Into this transcendent,

Luminous,

Bright,

Brilliant space where your soul's light exists,

The seat of your beautiful soul.

Landing here,

Letting yourself rest here for a moment.

That's all we're doing in this meditation,

Beginning to practice,

Dropping in to the seat of our soul and staying there for as long as possible.

See if you notice the shift.

See if you notice that you are now experiencing something new or different sensationally.

Perhaps you're even beginning to feel something new or different.

Do you feel a higher degree of peace?

Do you envision and see more light?

Are you experiencing some sort of transcendent connection to yourself in a way maybe you've never felt before?

Anything is possible.

Everything is possible.

And there's simply no wrong or right way to feel or what to see.

This is your soul,

Your beautiful soul.

No other soul like your soul.

Your beautiful,

Bright,

Brilliant soul is the only soul that is this soul on the entire planet of the billions of souls that there are.

How amazing is that?

How awesome is that?

So feeling that in this moment you're being blessed with the gift of knowing your soul a little bit more today than ever before.

And know that this practice,

This process,

This meditation of dropping into this space is available to you at all times.

You can live and you can lead from this space forever if you choose.

And from here we can act,

We can think,

We can be as we really be,

Our unique,

Beautiful,

Divine expression coming from our soul's light more and more over time,

Eventually emerging as a soul and a human body,

Getting to express,

Getting to experience,

Getting to evolve and grow as the soul so loves and appreciates doing so and experiencing.

So one more deep,

Slow,

Purifying breath now.

Taking a moment,

Letting that all integrate.

Knowing that you can practice this as much as you like throughout the day.

If you can on a daily basis,

It can only be good.

And eventually you no longer leave this space.

It is where you reside.
