Casting A New Vision

Aloha and welcome to your guided meditation for casting a new vision.

Take a few moments to just get centered in your body.

Get comfortable.

If you need to lay down,

Sit up,

Shift your weight in your body,

Stretch,

Whatever you need to do to be comfortable for the next 15 minutes and start to feel into your body.

Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to fully be present in this moment.

With each exhale,

Let go of any tension that you might feel in the body,

Any worries,

Anything you don't want to take with you on this journey of casting a new vision.

Allow yourself to release that now,

Knowing that you are exactly where you need to be in this moment.

Allow yourself to be fully present in your body.

We're going to go on a journey of envisioning a world that we have sensed,

But haven't fully experienced yet.

A world where humans,

Animals,

And all of Gaia recognize and honor their interconnectedness.

I want you to use your senses to feel the world.

Use your senses to imagine what that type of world would be like.

A world where love is the new superfood.

A world where our gifts are poured into others generously without agenda and where love is what nourishes us on a deep level.

A world where our own cups are always an overflow,

Where we have enough personal resources to support us in sharing our gifts generously with others.

And in this world,

We have gone beyond money.

We have found new ways of exchanging.

We have found new ways of sharing generously.

Where there is no imbalances.

There is true equilibrium and harmony within and without.

There's no more of this accumulation of just the few where just the few accumulate more and more resources.

And it takes away from the whole.

This is where resources are shared across the collective.

This is the emergence of the heterarchy where all hierarchies are dissolved and the individual is truly empowered.

We see that each individual plays a vital role in the whole and that the suffering of one is connected to the suffering of the whole.

And so when we individually come back to our own inherent wholeness,

We can see that reflected in the consciousness of the whole.

Imagine this type of world,

The freedom,

The liberation,

The intimacy,

The communion,

The harmony,

The peace,

Imagine a world where the gifts and the cities are our normal waking consciousness.

This is from the 27th city of selflessness.

It says there are stages in our evolution where our genetics mutate and each one of the 64 cities subtly shifts its capacity.

We stand on the cusp of one of the greatest of these changes.

Now in the next few hundred years,

The city of selflessness will become widespread across our planet.

From where we stand now on the evolutionary ladder,

This future stage seems like science fiction.

When humanity stands in its truth,

Devoid of any sense of self,

True planetary awareness will dawn.

This is the dawning of our unified consciousness.

Imagine a world where each individual understands their unique role in the whole,

Where you trust in life to show you the underlying purpose and all that it brings you.

And when you can trust that everything that life brings you,

The challenges,

The struggles,

The trials,

The triumphs,

The success,

The satisfaction,

The peace,

The surprise.

You can know that every part of it is for you,

Is part of your evolutionary journey.

And you can trust in your own flowering.

You can trust that each petal is opening to its fullest potential in its own unique timing.

And there's nothing that you need to do to make it happen.

You can give yourself a hundred percent to every moment.

And in that discover your true purpose,

Which can only be found in the now.

Allow yourself to use your senses,

Tune into your cognition,

Whether that smell,

Taste,

Outer vision,

Inner vision,

Feeling or touch.

Use your strongest sense to help you envision what this future would be like and what your unique role in bringing this vision to reality.

You can also allow yourself to see through your unique lens,

Whether that's survival,

Possibility,

Power,

Probability,

Or personal.

See through your unique lens,

What your unique vision is.

And if you can,

You can also allow yourself to see through your unique lens,

What your unique vision is and know that you have a unique role to play in bringing that vision into the world.

It doesn't matter how or when this vision actually manifests as long as you stay connected to your vision and trust that as you connect to this vision,

Connect to what your highest self wants to bring into the world,

What your unique role in this future evolution,

What your unique role and purpose is.

All you have to do is continue to connect with that and take one step at a time each day,

Embodying that vision that you see,

Becoming that vision now,

Even before it is physically manifested in the world.

What would the world look like if each human being was following their higher purpose and sharing it generously with no hidden agenda?

What would be possible when each person trusts in their own inner authority instead of giving their power away to something or someone external?

What if instead of keeping ourselves divided,

We united to create a world that is equitable for all?

What would that world look like?

What would be different in the world if we were to unite and create a world that is equitable?

What if we started to exchange purely from a place of our cup being full and really genuinely wanting to be of service to others instead of manipulating others in order to fulfill our own needs?

What if we didn't have to manipulate and take advantage of others in order for us to live a fulfilled life and in order for us to be nourished and cared for on a deep level?

What if we could completely rethink the way that we commune with one another,

That we interact,

That we exchange?

What would a world look like beyond money,

Beyond capitalism,

Beyond these systems that create hierarchies that are focused on the individual,

That are focused on the individual's needs,

That are focused on accumulation,

Lack,

Scarcity.

And instead,

What if we shifted to a paradigm that valued the health and vitality of the individual because we see how the individual is connected to the whole?

What if we shifted to a paradigm that valued the abundance and prosperity of the individual?

What if we shifted to a paradigm that valued the inherent abundance and prosperity and the abundance and prosperity of Gaia when we are considerate of one another,

Allow yourself to just sit for a few moments with whatever imagery or feelings or senses are present for you right now.

Allow yourself to bathe in these higher frequencies and this higher vision of a world that is possible,

A world that is within our reach when we cast a new vision,

When we reclaim our personal power to write a different narrative for ourself and in that for humanity.

When you're ready,

Start to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Take another deep breath just to seal this vision,

To seal this practice.
