Here is Raquel Rashi,

This is a guided meditation to the sound of the crystal alchemy bowls with the theme Transcend Who You Are to Become a Better Version of Yourself.

The sound of the bowls in this meditation is at the frequencies of 432 and 528 Hz.

It is a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without interruptions.

Gently close your eyes and start to breathe deeply.

Imagine a red light coming from the base of your spine towards the center of the earth.

Connecting you with the physical world.

Now imagine a white light coming from the top of your head towards the sky.

Connecting you with God,

With the creator of all that is.

Heaven and earth connected through you.

Matter and energy united in you.

Visualize now a golden light ball enveloping your entire being,

Expanding your electromagnetic field and creating an atmosphere of peace and harmony on all levels of your being.

Feel the connection through the red light with earth,

Through the white light with heaven.

And feel the golden light surrounding you,

Protecting you,

Cleaning your energy.

Scan your body now.

Notice if there are any points of pain or tension and create the intention to relax them.

Scan your feelings and emotions.

How are you feeling right now?

How do you want to feel?

Create the intention for the emotions you want to experience with this meditation.

Scan your thoughts.

Observe the quality and the speed of your thoughts.

Create the intention to calm your mind.

Now inhale deeply,

Exhale the air slowly,

Allowing any tension to dissolve with each exhalation.

One more time,

Inhale deeply,

Fill your lungs with air,

Exhale even more,

Relaxing,

Letting go of any tensions.

One more time,

Inhale deeply,

Hold the air for a few seconds and exhale,

Relaxing even more.

Let go of the worries of the day and focus only on the present moment.

Now as you continue to breathe gently to the sound of the crystal alchemy bowls,

Visualize the golden light around you becoming even stronger.

This light represents your purest essence,

Your higher self.

With each sound you hear,

Allow yourself to feel lighter,

As if you are transcending the physical,

Mental and emotional limitations that prevent you from achieving your best version.

Feel as if each cell in your body is being rejuvenated and revitalized by this energy.

Imagine yourself now walking on a path of light.

With each step,

You leave behind thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve your growth.

With each step,

You leave behind thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Behaviors and beliefs.

Decide to become aware of them during your day so that you can transcend them.

See yourself evolving,

Becoming more conscious,

More present and more aligned with your true intentions and purposes.

Notice which thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Habits,

Beliefs,

Behaviors you want to cultivate and feel as if they are already part of your identity.

See and feel them becoming part of you,

Of your new version.

Feel the freedom of this transformation,

The beauty of becoming who you really are.

Allow this journey to take you to a deeper understanding of yourself,

Where your actions clearly reflect your true values and dreams.
