Welcome to this meditation.

Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down and take a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and again in through the nose out through the mouth just surrendering to where you need to be today to how your body needs to feel right now just allowing everything to be everything to exist just as it is let them make you the bad guy let them make you the bad guy let them stop trying to be understood by people who want you to be the cause of their pain surrender to the fact that how other people see you is not who you actually are nor is it who you need to be only you know who you need to be only you know who you truly are it is safe to live a life where only you understand you frustrating maybe but you're older now you can stand up for yourself now you can walk away now you can set boundaries now it's time to let go of the part of yourself that needs to be seen by the people who never will it is a losing game and freeing yourself from that will give you your power back sometimes doing the work is as simple as choosing not to engage in a battle that you never started taking a breath here in through the nose out through the mouth in through the nose out through the mouth hurting yourself is easy but living is hard you will free yourself when you have the right motivation to do so we do not just go on to go on endurance means we are making something substantial of who we are taking a moment now to bring our awareness back to the room observing any sounds outside of my voice wiggling your fingers or your toes and when you're ready slowly blinking the eyes open and coming back into the room
