Hi,
My name is Rieko and this is a guided experience to celebrate you and to call forth the highest vision for your life.
You can do this any time you'd like to connect more deeply with your soul purpose.
And it can be a particularly powerful practice to do this on or around the time of your birthday.
Let's begin.
Take these first moments to stretch and move your body,
Releasing any tension you may have been carrying.
Then settle into a comfortable seat with your spine straight.
Gently close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Invite your body to soften with each exhale.
Then allow your breath to find its natural rhythm,
Breathing in and out the nose or whatever way feels most comfortable and natural to you.
Imagine a beautiful ball of golden light in your heart center,
Just behind your breastbone.
This is the light of pure awareness,
Your true essence.
Visualize this ball of light expanding with each breath.
Let it fill your whole body and envelop the space around your body.
Let it continue to expand spherically beyond the room that you are in.
The building that you are in.
The area and country that you are in.
Beyond the continent that you are on.
Across the ocean,
Enveloping the entire planet.
And let it continue to expand even beyond the solar system,
Beyond the entire universe of time and space,
Until everything known and unknown is completely enveloped in this beautiful light of your pure awareness.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your belly soften.
And continue to breathe fully.
Now let's travel back in time to the moment just before your birth.
Imagine yourself floating in space,
Seeing planet earth from the outside.
Take in its beauty as you ask yourself,
What brought me here?
What brought me to this incarnation,
To this planet,
At this time?
And receive whatever arises in you.
See if you can tune into the sincerity with which your soul longed to be born as you.
It said yes to experiencing this very life as you,
Without a sliver of doubt or hesitation.
You chose your parents and caregivers.
You chose the exact time and situation of your birth.
You chose every detail of your body and how it will change over time.
Every circumstance.
Every encounter.
Every relationship.
Every single detail of what came into your life.
All of it was meant to be.
Nothing was by accident.
Nothing was a mistake.
Your life couldn't have happened any other way.
What you've experienced and how you've experienced them is exactly what your soul had longed for.
Yes,
Even the parts you really wish had been different.
Your mind may have its ideas about how things should have been,
But your soul knows this truth.
Everything was perfectly orchestrated for your sacred journey and for the highest good of all.
Take a moment to breathe this in.
You have been living your life perfectly.
You've never missed a single mark.
You couldn't have done it any differently,
Even if you tried.
Notice what this brings up in you.
Maybe it's a sense of relief or gratitude.
Or maybe it's sadness,
Grief or even anger.
Maybe there are certain things in your past or present that feels really hard to accept.
Whatever you're thinking or feeling is absolutely perfect.
See if you can be willing to embrace them all in this moment with total compassion.
Take a deep breath in and let it out with a nice sigh.
Now,
From this space of deep love and compassion for yourself,
Let's shift our awareness to what lies ahead.
Place your hand on your heart and ask yourself,
What is it that I long for more than anything in this life?
And be curious about what arises.
Maybe it's an image,
A scene or a feeling.
If you could receive anything in this life,
What would that be?
Give yourself full permission to be as wild as you like with your imagination.
And know that you are not called to this by accident.
Your desire is what the universe longs to experience as you.
There is no separation between your will and divine will.
And because it is divine,
It is fulfilled.
So let yourself receive your heart's desire here and now.
Imagine what it would feel like to live this highest vision of your life.
And breathe that feeling into your heart.
Tune into that spark of joy and gratitude and let it grow with each breath.

Let out another nice sigh.
You are already everything you seek.
No need to grasp for it.
No need to work hard to earn it.
No need to make it happen.
You can simply choose to allow it.
Choose to trust that you are being led and guided and provided for every step of the way.
Choose to trust that your heart's desire is being fulfilled just as certainly as the next breath is available to you.
You will receive clarity and guidance.
You will take inspired action just as naturally as you breathe.
It's not possible to let your soul down.
It's not possible to do this journey wrong.
So,

Soften your body,
Let the breath flow and rest in trust.
