
Meditate on Orientation: Where Are You?

This 10-minute shakuhachi music video will help you time your meditation. More importantly, it will help you time your breathing. Slow down your breath with me. Once you've slowed down, I suggest you ponder on the three 'big' questions: Where am I? Where am I going? From where have I come? Answer these questions and you begin to answer the 'who/what' questions, too. Who/what am I? Who/what am I becoming? Who/what was I?
