Imagine a vast white canvas.
Your mind open,
Calm and clear.
Keep breathing and staying present in this mental space.
If you notice your mind starting to wander,
Gently return your focus to your breath and to the vast white canvas.
Keep breathing.
Notice how this white space begins to slow the flow of your thoughts,
Bringing you more inner peace and calm.
Take a breath and notice the lightness of having a free mind,
Even if just for a few moments,
Free from worries,
Obligations and responsibilities.
