I'm Rosalie and welcome to this guided yoga nidra meditation designed to help you tap into expanded states of consciousness.

We'll be opening doors and portals to something more,

To a deeper part of yourself and jumping into a new timeline where out-of-body experiences or OBEs come easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently.

This is a special track encoded with sound technology produced by the Monroe Institute called Monroe Sound Science.

It uses advanced neural entrainment techniques to gently encourage shifts in brain activity.

This will help you move quickly and deeply into expanded states of awareness.

Welcome whatever experience is most needed for you at this time.

Allowing your body and your mind to bathe in the medicine of deep rest.

Let's begin.

Could you take a few moments here to get completely comfortable?

Stretch your legs out,

Let your feet flop to the sides.

Place your hands wherever they feel the most comfortable.

You may like to reach for some props,

Perhaps a pillow to place beneath your head,

Perhaps a blanket on top of you,

Something to cover your eyes,

Or anything else that will help you feel warm,

Comfortable,

Completely at ease.

Could you make any final adjustments now and settle into your most comfortable position?

You might imagine creating a little cocoon around you,

A sacred space of pure comfort where you feel safe,

Supported by the surface beneath you.

Allow yourself to fully absorb the sensation of being supported and held.

Throughout this practice,

Try to remain completely still,

But if there's anything that prevents you from fully relaxing,

For example if you need to scratch,

There's no harm in moving,

But then return to stillness.

We'll begin with three big cleansing breaths.

Taking a nice big inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

And again.

One more big inhale.

Allow the lips to come together,

Breathing in and out through the nose.

And with every exhale,

Allow any momentum from your day to just fall away,

Fully arriving right here,

Right now.

Could you release any sense of effort as you drop into the realms of feeling,

Sensing,

And listening?

Could you notice all the sounds around you,

The sounds in your space,

And the sounds of this recording?

Now draw all your awareness inwards,

Sensing the entire physical body lying here,

Completely still,

Effortless.

Letting go.

Could you release any tension,

Any sense of gripping in the forehead,

The eyes,

The jaw?

Letting go.

And could you soften the muscle of your mind?

You might imagine the mind like a muscle,

Allowing the mind to release any tension,

Any gripping to drain from the body and from the mind.

Sinking deeper and deeper into the support beneath you.

Now I invite you to use the phrase,

I am ready to have out-of-body experiences easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently.

Could you internally whisper this phrase to yourself three times and feel it through your whole being as you say it?

I am ready to have out-of-body experiences easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently.

Now let it go.

We will begin now to rotate our awareness through different parts of the body.

Could you bring all your awareness,

All your energy to each part of your body as I name it?

And you might imagine placing a tiny point of starlight at each part,

Lighting up the body with your awareness,

Your energy.

As your attention moves,

The body remains completely still.

Beginning at the right thumb,

Bring all your awareness to the right thumb,

Second finger,

And little finger.

The back of your hand,

The right wrist,

The sole of your foot,

The top of your foot,

Second toe,

And little toe.

Little points of light lighting up the whole right side,

Whole right side of the body,

Full of sensation and awareness.

Bringing all your awareness now to the left thumb,

Second finger,

Fourth,

And little finger.

The palm of your hand,

The back of your hand,

The left wrist,

Elbow,

The left shoulder,

The sole of your foot,

The top of your foot,

The left big toe,

The second toe,

The whole left side of the body,

Full of tiny points of starlight,

Rimming with sensation and awareness.

Now the back of the body,

The right heel,

The left heel,

The back of the right leg,

The back of the left leg,

The right buttock,

The left buttock,

The right shoulder blade,

The left shoulder blade,

The upper back,

The back of the neck,

And the back of your head,

Brimming with sensation and awareness.

Lit up with little points of starlight.

Now the front of the body,

Beginning at the crown of the head,

To the center of the forehead,

The right cheek,

Back to the center of the forehead,

The center of the throat,

The center of the chest,

Your heart space,

The upper abdomen,

The navel,

Sensing the whole right foot and leg,

From the hip to the tips of your toes,

Now the whole left foot and leg,

Sensing the whole left foot and leg,

From the hip to the tips of your toes,

Now both legs together,

Sensing both legs together,

The volume,

The density,

The shape,

Now the whole right hand and arm together,

The whole right hand and arm,

Now the whole left hand and arm together,

Now both hands and arms together,

Sensing the volume,

The density,

The shape,

Sensing the whole torso,

The whole face,

The whole head,

Sensing the whole body,

Tingling with sensation and awareness,

Lit up with tiny points of starlight,

Like a constellation of stars,

Shining bright in the night sky,

Resting here,

Effortless,

The body deeply relaxed,

The mind awake and aware,

Now could you sense the undercurrent of your breath,

Noticing the body breathing itself,

The body breathing in and breathing out,

As you observe the breath in the body,

Could you sense the outline of the physical body,

The outer edges,

The contours of the body,

Feeling the shape,

The density,

The volume of the whole body,

Feeling how the body expands as you inhale,

And softens as you exhale,

And could you imagine each inhale,

Breathing in more light and energy,

Filling yourself up,

Each exhale glowing brighter and brighter,

Light within you and around you,

Inhale trillions of cells,

Filling up with pure energy and light,

Exhale glowing brighter and brighter,

All around you,

Continue like this,

Releasing that,

And now could you invite the feeling of heaviness through the whole body,

The body so heavy,

It's sinking through the surface beneath you,

As the body gets heavier and heavier,

It's almost like you're shifting gears,

Going deeper and deeper within,

As the body gets heavier and heavier,

Now could you invite the feeling of lightness through the whole body,

Sensing the body becoming lighter and lighter,

Weightless,

Floating upwards,

Releasing that,

And invite the feeling of becoming small,

Contracting,

Shrinking,

And now invite the feeling of spaciousness,

Vastness,

No boundaries,

And feeling yourself expanding outwards,

Could you allow all sensations of the physical body to dissolve as you become more and more expansive,

Limitless,

Boundless,

As you attune yourself to this feeling of vastness,

Spaciousness,

Allow your consciousness to travel to a place of infinite possibility,

Where all possibilities exist,

The field of infinite potential,

And notice how you experience this vastness,

This void,

Pure energy,

Pure potential,

This is where alternate versions of your life are playing out,

Each one of these versions sending out a different frequency,

Resting in this space for a few moments,

As you rest here in this space of infinite possibility,

Call in that timeline,

That frequency where you can have out of body experiences easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently,

Imagine yourself landing into this new reality where you have out of body experiences easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently,

This version of you already exists,

Dial into this frequency now,

Using all your senses,

Completely immerse yourself in this new reality,

How does this version of you think,

Act,

And speak,

What does this version of you do,

Where do you astral travel to,

Who do you meet,

What extraordinary experiences are you having in the out of body state,

As you visualize or sense this version of you,

Could you internally whisper to yourself these words and really feel the emotion as you say it,

I love my new life,

How does it feel to have out of body experiences easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently,

Perhaps you feel limitless,

Empowered,

Free,

Whatever it is for you,

Allow all those good feelings to wash through you,

Around you,

Really feel what it's like to be this version of you,

Tuning into this timeline that already exists,

Allow all these good feelings to expand within you and around you,

Really feel what it's like to be this version of you,

Make that quantum jump,

As you're totally immersed in this reality,

Resting here for a few moments,

Calibrating and really dialing in to this new version of you,

That has out of body experiences easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently,

As you continue to immerse yourself in this new timeline,

Ask yourself,

Now that you can have out of body experiences easily,

Effortlessly,

Consistently,

What's the most exciting thing you could do right now,

Where do you want to go,

Who do you want to see,

What would you like to experience,

Bring that to mind and completely immerse yourself in this scene as you continue to drift here,

If at any point you sense a vibration or surge of energy,

Completely surrender to it,

Allow it to take over,
