Ruben’s Wake Up Sessions are a gentle way back to yourself, through 1–8 minute meditations that you can return to daily. These Brief Moments of Stillness have brought real, lasting change to many — more clarity, softness, and presence. This transformation unfolds just by listening. Sharing your experience supports the field of 'Non-Personal Loving Awareness' we all touch. Many have found unexpected friendships through this work — something Ruben treasures deeply. To continue this practice, explore ‘Finally Feeling Totally Worthy In Life’ and ‘Navigating Intense Moments In Life’.

So you might be on a long journey in search for truth.

Very beautiful,

This impulse,

Life,

Guiding us to sanity.

Suddenly we notice that we're all kind of insane.

Even when sanity arises from time to time,

We can still see that most of the time we're insane and not in a totally bad way,

But it's just like this,

Growing up more and more so.

So,

Noticing that we are here,

Many times a day,

A shift happening,

Maybe because of listening to teachings like these,

Short moments of sanity,

Yeah.

And maybe if you've listened before,

You know by now that this sanity arises when thoughts cease to exist for a while,

For a brief moment.

These brief moments of stillness in which clarity arises,

Spaciousness,

Are very helpful.

Bring sanity,

Help us to deal with challenges,

Challenges which we used to call problems.

These problems no longer exist,

Problems no longer arise in this life,

At least not if you've been listening and digesting these messages for a while.

It's no longer possible to see anything as a problem.

If something difficult arises,

It is seen as a challenge in which there's a great opportunity to rest and to see clearly,

To be the witness in that moment and to not be totally caught up in the drama of it all.

And this is so beautiful,

When time and again stillness arises,

Deep inner peace and total trust in life.

I wish you many moments in which this arises,

In which these brief moments of stillness occur.

Sending you much love from the forest,

As always,

Until we meet again.
