Welcome again to this guided meditation.
Let us travel as always and start with a deep breath in and out and another one in and out.
And again there is nothing for you to do right now,
Absolutely nothing.
This timeless moment again is created by life,
For you.
Isn't that lovely?
Nothing for you to do right now.
How wonderful.
Almost hard to believe,
Isn't it?
Not having to do anything.
Isn't that just amazing?
Being able to experience this spacious,
Beautiful,
Timeless moment in which there is nothing for you to do.
The sense of being a person can totally fade away.
Ah,
No more feeling of there being a me.
This feeling of me can vanish as we drop deeper and deeper.
Maybe you can imagine this,
To be falling deeper and deeper into space,
Into this spacious,
Timeless,
Warm and open nothingness.
Ah.
You're falling deeper and deeper.
Your whole body with each in-breath is getting more transparent.
And another breath in and out.
The shape of your body less visible.
And another deep breath in and out.
Ah.
Falling deeper and deeper into this spacious,
Open,
Warm and loving nothingness.
This nothingness which is so silent,
So peaceful,
So light.
All your burdens fade away.
And the shape of your body,
With all its feelings and sensations,
Is hardly visible at this point.
Only some light colours are left.
Beautiful colours.
And slowly,
As you drop deeper and deeper,
All vanishes.
Nothing left.
Just this beautiful nothingness which is so silent,
So peaceful,
Calm.
From within this spacious nothingness,
It's so obvious that there's nothing for you to do.
Ah.
All is already totally complete.
Amazing.
So complete.
And this completeness is so fulfilling,
So warm,
So tender.
Ah.
Without the feeling of this me that needs to control life,
That's always a little stressed out.
Right now,
It's so beautifully clear that life already is totally complete.
Nothing needs to be done.
Wow.
And as you notice,
Without having this body,
Without having these feelings and thoughts running around,
Running the show,
Without any of that,
All doubt ceases to exist.
All confusion gone.
Totally gone.
Ah,
Such a relief,
Isn't it?
As soon as the sense of being this locked up person is little me,
As soon as this fades away,
All is peaceful.
All is clear,
No doubt.
Nothing to be confused of.
So amazing.
Ah.
Wider and wider.
And you might notice,
As soon as thoughts come in again,
All directly feels a little contracted,
Doesn't it?
This is your opportunity to practice letting go of all these thoughts.
When you notice thoughts arising,
Just return,
Just fall deeper and deeper into this spaciousness,
This nothingness,
This openness,
This space beyond thinking,
Beyond what we call the mind.
Even the word mind is just a word,
Thoughts are just words,
Thinking is just a word.
Drop it all.
And allow your whole system to kind of step into this spaciousness,
Into this openness,
This warm and loving nothingness.
Ah,
Nothing there for you to do.
Can you sense this?
Not even the longing to do anything,
To change anything,
To manipulate?
No.
Without the sense of this me that needs,
Wants,
Without this sense,
All is so calm,
So complete.
And sure,
As soon as thoughts arise,
Feelings,
It gets confusing again,
Doesn't it?
No problem.
Just fall into this spaciousness,
Into this open,
Warm and loving nothingness,
This silence.
Moment to moment,
Timelessly so.
It's okay to allow this whole mysterious life to unfold without this sense of this me,
This me that is always slightly contracted,
Nervous even,
Unsure,
Doubtful.
Life right now in this timeless moment is giving you the opportunity to fully trust the true nature of your being,
Which is beyond all thinking,
Beyond all feeling,
Beyond all experiencing.
Wow,
Can you sense this?
Here lies a possibility to notice that beyond even experiencing,
All is already perfectly fine,
At ease,
Calm,
Wise,
Open,
Loving.
Here it might become clear that focusing on circumstances is just a habit which isn't always beneficial.
When we as these so-called human beings go beyond all we see,
Taste,
Smell,
Touch,
A beautiful treasure is found.
And this for this so-called little me isn't very interesting,
Doesn't sound very nice.
This little me always wants more,
New experiences,
More stuff,
More joy,
More excitement.
And there's nothing wrong with this,
For sure,
Perfect.
This is also part of this beautiful oneness.
Can you see this,
You as this human vehicle walking around in your daily life with all its longings and activities,
Needs and wants,
So beautiful and so confusing as well,
So much distraction,
So much unclearness.
What to do with your life,
Why am I doing this over and over again?
How come I struggle?
How come I feel this sadness deep within?
How come?
Might it be so that all confusion arises from this identified state?
Check this with yourself,
How many times a day are you aware of the fact that you are just this simple fact that something is breathing you?
This breath automatically happening.
And since you're breathing,
You're also experiencing all these varieties,
Breathing in and out.
Something amazingly mysterious is breathing you.
And again,
Amazing,
Isn't it?
What a beautiful force,
Something is making your heart beat,
Making all this appear.
Amazing,
Isn't it?
And how many times a day do we notice,
How many times a day do we notice this simple fact,
This beautiful fact?
How many times a day do we see the wonder of life,
This mystery,
This beautiful play?
It's so helpful to listen to these messages,
To these pointers,
To every now and then drop deeper and deeper into this spaciousness,
This openness,
This loving,
Warm presence.
Ah,
Can you sense the difference being totally wrapped up in thought,
Feeling,
Being totally identified as this little me?
Walking around thinking,
Thinking,
Thinking,
Feeling,
Feeling,
To then suddenly realize deeply,
Ah,
Something before,
Beyond all this is already totally complete,
Open,
Wise,
Fulfilled,
Spacious,
Unchanging,
No change there.
Noticing this within all activity during your day is so beautiful.
Wow,
Noticing the impermanent nature of life,
All things coming and going,
All your troubles arising and ceasing,
Noticing this and noticing in the midst of all that,
That something is already complete,
Unchanging.
Wow.
And how beautiful by listening to these pointers over and over.
At some point there will be a true realization that even this little me,
This feeling of being this locked up person that needs to control life,
At some point it will become obviously clear that this is an illusion,
Isn't real.
Can you imagine how all doubt and confusion from then on vanishes,
Ceases to exist?
How would that be for you to fully realize moment to moment that all isn't as solid as it seems,
Isn't as real as it seems?
May these words find their way into your consciousness.
May these words help you soften your whole experience of life.
When things seem to be undoable,
Remember to go back to one of these recordings,
Just listen.
Your whole perception of life will soften automatically,
Effortlessly so just by listening.
And for those who are listening for the first time,
Know that repetition is key.
This has been communicated many times.
Listening over and over will help establish a firm conviction in the truth of your own being.
Doubt will fade away and trust will truly arise moment to moment.
And this is so beautiful you won't be able to fool yourself any longer,
Waking up in the morning thinking you're this human being with its name and body and all its activities.
Your house,
Your bank account,
Your partner,
Your child,
Whatever,
Your car,
Waking up in the morning,
All these perceptions open up.
Suddenly you'll notice,
Oh wow,
There's something within this whole experience that is more true than what seems to arise.
And going into your day,
You notice something is already complete,
Silent,
Open,
Quiet.
And still life will unfold.
But there,
There it is again,
This simultaneity,
This so-called human being knowing that all is one,
All is already complete.
Imagine the effect of this in all your experiences.
Seeing completeness,
Openness,
Spaciousness,
Love,
God,
However you want to call this.
Meeting somebody and noticing to not be separate from what you're seeing.
Hmm,
Interesting,
Isn't it?
Noticing oneness,
Love,
In all you're experiencing.
Also noticing oneness in all these thoughts that arise.
Noticing oneness in depression,
Sadness,
Grief,
Jealousy,
Panic attacks,
Whatever arises,
Joy,
Excitement,
Creative explosions,
Arguments,
All arises from within this beautiful,
Open,
Spacious,
Non-judgmental,
Wise nothingness.
Ahh.
So you'll notice by listening over and over that you'll find the unchanging nature of your true being in all circumstances.
And this is so freeing,
Such a relief to no longer be identified with this little me,
This locked up feeling.
And this might take some timeless time for these so-called human beings to fully experience.
And this is fine,
Also part of this grand illusion.
But how beautiful that something,
Some mysterious force is bringing these messages,
Is helping these human vehicles to wake up,
Helping these so-called human beings to find peace beyond all this suffering.
And of course questions will keep arising many times.
But at some point these questions don't even need to be answered.
Can you imagine this,
Questions to fall away,
Dropping deeper and deeper into this spaciousness.
Remember no more feeling of there being this locked up person,
Nothing left,
Even the shape of your body,
As we started,
Vanished.
No more emphasis on thinking,
Feeling.
All emotions,
Gone,
And still,
Such a beautiful calm and open,
Warm and loving,
Nothingness,
Stillness.
Hmm,
There we are again.
And how quick,
Thinking,
Thinking,
Feeling me,
Me,
Me,
Taking a deep breath in,
Ahh,
And slowly out.
No emphasis on thinking,
Beyond thought,
Spacious,
Imagining to be totally transparent.
Oh,
And there you are as yourself,
Hah,
Complete.
No need to change anything,
No need to control anything.
Calm,
Happy,
Even happy,
Hmm,
A sweet smile might arise on your face.
And suddenly it might become clear that this,
This what you truly are,
Is,
Always available.
How can it not be?
From this that you truly are,
All is seemingly arising.
This whole mysterious movie one could say is projected on the screen of this non-personal awareness consciousness,
And such a relief to experience being without being.
Oh,
This gets kind of confusing,
Isn't it?
Being without being.
Or,
As you are listening,
Might there be an opening to receive these words beyond the words.
Being without being.
Don't try to grasp this with the mind,
No,
Let it all go and drop deeper and deeper into this spaciousness,
This open,
Warm and loving nothingness.
And even let go of these words,
Let go of the word nothingness,
See what is there.
Can you sense the relief,
Suddenly,
Truly putting things down,
Hmm,
Noticing that life itself is enough?
Noticing the possibility to enjoy this spacious,
Open,
Non-judgmental,
Free,
Silent,
Calm,
Nothingness.
More and more,
You as this so-called human being,
Will learn what it truly is to do nothing,
To be as nothingness.
To be fully comfortable within this spaciousness,
This silence,
This calm,
Loving,
Warm and open space,
Where no thought is interfering.
And again,
This might take some timeless time,
Because these thoughts seem to be very eager to take you back to sleep.
Very eager.
But from now on,
Since you have been listening,
Something has shifted already,
Something tasted this beautiful opportunity to emerge as this spacious,
Loving presence,
Beyond presence,
To emerge as this calm,
Open,
Warm nothingness.
And again,
All just words,
Pointing towards that which has no words at all,
Beyond the words,
Ah.
And this is also where it gets very exciting,
In the midst of all your daily experiences,
To suddenly notice that all these words that people are speaking,
All these sentences,
Have no inherent meaning,
Nothing has inherent meaning.
And this might make you laugh from time to time,
Since you'll recognize your own,
Let's say stupidity,
But in a warm way,
In a soft way,
Non-judgmental.
It's just funny to see all these talking heads,
Including the one you're so used to listening to,
Your own talking head.
And nothing wrong with all this,
It's just so beautiful when all this talking and talking and thinking and feeling and trying to figure things out,
Is becoming more and more soft,
More calm.
Noticing yourself to be more soft and calm and less judgmental,
Is so freeing.
So,
For now,
In this timeless moment,
Let us take another deep breath in,
And slowly out.
May you remember,
During your day,
That something within all your experiences is unchanging,
Stable,
Calm,
Loving.
And,
As said before,
If confusion arises,
Return to these recordings.
Your whole perception will change,
Beautifully so.
Clarity will arise automatically,
Just by listening to these words.
