Owl Sounds & Delicate Rainfall

I have done many rain recordings, however, this is the first time that the local owls have decided to make an appearance. I often leave my recording equipment out overnight recording (obviously well protected from the rain). Whilst listening back to last night's audio, I noticed this perfect moment shortly after it started raining where the Owls were out & chatting away to one another in the distance. Before long, it turned a bit more stormy & the Owls left. However the moments while they were there were magical. I am extremely fond of Owls. I know we have a number that live around me and I have been hoping they would make an appearance eventually in a recording before retreating back to the local forests. I hope you enjoy this recording. I think it turned out a real hoot ... And with that terrible joke, Owl is leaving now.
