If God were to appear before you,
What would God look like?
See God with your mind's eye.
What would God look like?
God is looking right at you,
And God is gazing deeply into your eyes.
Gaze deeply back into God's eyes.
Look into God's eyes.
Look deeply into God's eyes.
What do you see?
What do you see when you look deeply into God's eyes?
God is looking back at you with undying,
Eternal love.
Unconditional love can never unlove you,
Because unconditional love means no matter who you are or what choices you've made,
God will always love you.
God looks deeply into your eyes and says,
You are worth my love.
I accept you just the way you are.
I forgive you for all the mistakes you've ever made.
I'm deeply in love with you.
I will do my best to guide you.
I do my best to protect you.
Listen to me when I speak to you.
You hear me as your intuition.
Follow my guidance.
Listen to your intuition.
Now,
Let's take a few deep breaths,
And with each breath,
Embrace God's love.
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
God begins to take a step towards you and embraces you into his bosom.
God completely embraces you,
Feel it in your body.
God's love and light is so intense that you instantly transmutate into love and intense light.
There is no body anymore.
You instantly transmute into love and light upon God.
Float away,
Deeper and deeper into this experience of being God's light,
And drift,
Expand into a larger and larger body of light and drift away.
Your love and your light grow more and more intense.
Your vibration becomes higher and higher.
You become so intense,
So full of the high vibration of God's light that you become indistinguishable from the light of God's domain.
You begin to meld into everything that is,
All of creation,
All of existence.
You become one with all that is.
Go deep in this experience.
Notice the expansiveness of this experience to become all of existence itself.
You spread your light throughout all of existence and embody existence itself.
All of creation is now engulfed in your love and light.
The whole is engulfed in your love and light.
From this immense high vibrational state,
From this state that is beyond understanding,
Everything that needs to be forgiven is already forgiven.
You've forgiven yourself and others,
And you can't help but fall in love with beings in this world,
With all living creatures in this world,
And all of creation itself,
And everything within creation,
Everything within existence.
You're now expanding rapidly,
Rapidly beyond all concepts of reality,
Of time,
This matrix of this existence,
Of existence itself.
Expanding beyond all ideas,
Beliefs,
Concepts,
Understanding,
Labels,
Roles.
Go beyond your understanding of God.
Go beyond your understanding of creation,
Of heaven,
Of divinity.
Go beyond.
You're expanding rapidly,
Rapidly.
And now you realize there is no you.
All there is is just light.
Just light.
No beginning.
No end.
No birth,
No death,
No big bang.
It's just light.
Infinite.
Never ending.
There is no you.
There is no me.
There are no others.
Fully satisfied.
Fully God-realized.
We're going to breathe now.
Breathe in.
Deep.
And exhale.
Breathe in.
Deep.
And exhale.
Breathe in.
Deep.
Breathe in.
Deep.
And exhale.
There's no point in asking questions like,
What's it like being all light?
What's it like transcending all concepts of a higher power and becoming that which is?
You're beyond all questions.
They need no answers.
There is no thought.
And emotions are unattached.
There is no body.
There are no concepts,
No beliefs,
No observations to be made.
There is nothing.
Let's breathe again.
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath in.
We're going to start to come back to the body.
And we're going to keep this experience with us as long as we can.
I'd like for you to stay with me and start noticing your body.
You can start moving your fingers and toes.
Slightly move your shoulders and hips.
And as we approach the end of this meditation just keep in mind that this is not a temporary experience.
That you experienced a complete transmutation from physical body to light.
And this is something you can take with you throughout your life and spread love and joy throughout the world to love people as much as you experience God loving you.
To love people from a place of pure light and joy.
To forgive and to accept and to let go and to live life with serenity and peace.
