As you lie here know that there's nothing you need to do.

Just this moment.

Imagine a warm gentle light surrounding you.

This light is soft golden and comforting.

It washes over you filling you with peace and serenity.

With every breath in you welcome calmness into your being.

And with every breath out you release lingering stress or tension.

Breathe in peace and breathe out worry.

Breathe in stillness and breathe out restlessness.

With each passing moment you feel more relaxed,

More at ease.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Notice your forehead.

If there's any tension there let it soften.

Relax your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw.
