Hello sunshine and welcome to this spring meditation.
My name is Sabrina and it's my joy to guide you home.
Home to your breath,
Your heart and your true you.
May these meditations remind you that peace and happiness aren't things you have to find.
They are things that are already within you.
This meditation will help you with letting go and aligning.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Repeat that once more and with each breath feel the warmth of spring returning.
A soft awakening within your chest.
Picture a field after a long winter,
Buds slowly forming,
A gentle breeze guiding new beginnings.
Inhale calm,
Exhale tension.
Invite a sense of release,
Release old worries,
Habits and weights you've carried.
With each exhale imagine them sinking into the earth and dissolving into the soil,
Making space for growth.
Silently repeat,
I release what no longer serves me.
I allow renewal.
Now bring attention to your spine from tailbone to crown.
On your next inhale imagine a line of light rising along your spine,
Aligning your body and spirit with the seasons energy.
With each breath feel yourself more connected to your surroundings,
The air,
The ground,
The sun,
Even if it's hidden behind clouds,
It's still there.
Let this alignment tune your intentions for the days ahead.
Visualize goals or intentions as buds along the branches of a tree inside you.
With every inhale they soften.
With every exhale they settle into clarity and purpose.
Inhale,
Draw in fresh spring air and new possibilities.
Exhale release any lingering doubt.
Inhale,
Align your mind with direction and intention.
Exhale release distraction and fear.
Let each breath be a bridge between release and alignment,
A continuum of renewal.
Think of one area you wish to let go of and one intention you wish to align with this season.
You don't have to name them,
Just silently acknowledge the feeling,
The light pull.
Whisper or think spring renews me.
I release the old.
I align with the new.
Take a final full breath in.
Hold for a moment and then exhale slowly.
Gently wiggle fingers and toes,
Move your hands,
Maybe wiggle your butt,
Open your eyes and carry the sense of release and alignment into your day.
And now go out there and conquer the day.
It's yours.
