Hello and welcome to this guided meditation which I created to help you to recognize and embrace your self-worth.

Hello sunshine,

My name is Sabrina and it's my joy to guide you home.

Home to your breath,

Your heart and your true you.

May these meditations remind you that peace and happiness aren't things you have to find.

They are things that are already within you.

Embracing your self-worth.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.

Let your eyes gently close and allow your body to soften.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

Filling your lungs with calm and exhale releasing any tension you've been holding.

Feel the surface beneath you supporting your entire body.

You are safe here.

You are grounded.

You are home within yourself.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Notice your shoulders.

Let them drop.

Relax your jaw.

Soften the muscles in your face.

With each gentle exhale feel yourself letting go a little more.

Releasing everything that no longer serves you.

Now gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Your heart space.

Imagine a warm golden light glowing there.

This light represents your self-worth,

Your inner truth,

The knowing that you are enough exactly as you are.

Let this light expand with every breath you take,

Spreading through your chest,

Your arms,

Your entire body,

Until you're surrounded by this radiant golden warmth.

As you breathe softly and deeply,

Repeat these affirmations silently in your mind or out loud if you wish.

I am worthy simply because I exist.

I am enough just as I am.

My value is not defined by others opinions.

I choose to see myself with kindness and love.

Every part of me deserves compassion.

I am growing,

Learning and becoming more of who I truly am.

I honor my worth in every moment.

Let each affirmation sink in like gentle ripples on water.

Allow them to settle deep within your heart.

You don't have to force belief.

Just let the words rest inside you and they will grow.

Now imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror.

You look into your own eyes and see peace,

Strength and confidence staring back.

You smile gently,

Feeling gratitude for the person you are,

For your courage,

Your heart,

Your unique light.

Know that this feeling,

This truth is always within you,

No matter where you go or what you face.

Take one more deep breath in and slowly exhale.

When you're ready,

Bring gentle movement back to your fingers and toes.

Take your time and when you open your eyes,

Carry the sense of self-worth with you as a quiet,

Steady flame within.

And now go out there and conquer the day.
