My wish is that this meditation brings support and encouragement to those who feel deeply. It is hard to imagine peace and prosperity in a world full of turmoil. The suffering of fellow human beings across the globe can have a rippling effect and bring a sense of impotence and sadness. It is time for us to dig deep and find the strength to keep our vibrations high so we can send ripples of goodness far and wide.
