My name is Sangeet and today I have a simple and specific message for you about narcissism. Sometimes some of us may get into relationships of all kinds with people with narcissistic tendencies and we may see ourselves caught in a deep inner conflict that with time it only grows bigger and bigger especially if we happen to be the sensitive and empathetic type of being. On one hand we want to give and we want to be kind and understanding and on the other hand we keep seeing signs of disrespect disguised by moments of fun and of pleasure. The ambiguity in narcissistic traits is so strong that it can keep us trapped into either believing that they truly love us or that they don't care at all. Their constant manipulation covers their true intention in feeding off others energies for self-centered reasons and it spreads seeds of doubt and of unworthiness because that is what these energies are all about and made of. And the more we get exposed to this type of interaction the more we are headed towards states of depression and the more we are susceptible of being abused. A quick shift is required in order to stop this dynamic unless we want to remain stuck forever. We come out of it by using their exact same strategy but reversed. This means that we cover and protect our heart and our essence and we put on some cold temporary clothes that will help us to see and to deal with things with the discernment and with the assertiveness that is needed. We emotionally detach and we use our strength and our mind to gain the courage to cut everything by its root with no guilt or shame. Whether this means speaking our truth, Making hard decisions in our favor or simply packing our bags and leave. Coldness is essential here because it prevents us from falling into their predictable or unpredictable games at least until we find ourselves in a solid and safer inner and outer space and until we raise our frequency in order to no longer match this type of energy. As we do this we not only empower ourselves but we also block any source of fuel that was feeding the connection. So today let's cut cords with anyone or with anything that is putting us down and interfering with our nature and with our beautiful path being narcissism or not and let's remember we all can get into this type of relationships but we all can also come out of it.
