My name is Sangeet and today I want to tell you that yes,

Love is real and it is abundant.

We create so many rules,

So many laws and restrictions on every single subject,

And it is no exception in what comes to love.

If we block and limit so many pleasurable and essential things in our lives,

Believing that we shouldn't be as happy as we wish to be,

Why not limiting also the amount of love that we give and receive,

Right?

We can only have a certain amount of holidays,

A certain amount of money,

A certain amount of enthusiasm,

Only to leave space for a huge amount of work,

A huge amount of stress and a huge amount of frustration.

And then we only allow ourselves to have and to express a certain amount of love,

Only to leave space for a huge amount of fear.

We hear people saying that too much love is cheesy,

Too much love is spoiling,

Too much love shows weakness,

Too much love won't make us strong,

Too much love will kill us.

Many of us are even scared of love,

Scared of loving someone,

Scared of allowing someone to love us,

Because love should be controlled,

Should be avoided.

We should be punished for loving so much,

Because,

After all,

Love is just a distraction,

A tiny minor insignificant thing that we are not supposed to feel that much,

Because too much of it can be bad.

So,

We love only a little,

Only a bit,

Once a week,

Once a month,

On weekends.

We love only when we have time to love,

When everything else is done and accomplished.

We love only when we have to,

Only when our life is falling apart because we forgot to love,

But again,

Not too much,

Because love is pointless and dangerous.

And then we wonder how come we are so unhappy,

How come we feel so empty,

How come we feel dead while being alive.

If restricting love would really makes us strong and joyful and passionate and enthusiastic,

Then this world would be an amazing place and the majority of us would probably be thriving in abundance and happiness,

Completely satisfied and fulfilled.

If too much love would really kill us,

Then we wouldn't feel so good every time we are in love,

Every time we start our dream project,

Every time we kiss and hug our child,

Our lover,

Every time we play with our pet,

Every time we watch a beautiful movie,

Every time we eat our favorite food,

Every time someone smiles or laughs or shows kindness or apologizes to us.

If love was so bad,

Then why do we cry when our partner stops loving us or when our dream project can't happen or when our friend gets mad at us or when our mother doesn't seem to like us?

If anything here is dangerous,

It is certainly not love.

Too much love does not kill us,

But its lack does.

Why?

Because we are love.

Love is what we are.

If there is not much or nothing at all of what we are made of,

Then we die.

Where there is no love,

There is no us.

The thing is,

Despite of any lack of love that occurs in this planet,

We still manage to go on,

And this is because we are love and we are loved anyway,

No matter what,

Through the connection that we have with Source.

Source is unshakable,

And so are we,

Even if we don't know it.

There is no such thing as too much love,

Because love is what we are.

Love is what we give and what we receive.

Would it make any sense to say that too much of us would kill us?

No,

There is no too much of us.

There is only us as we are,

And if we stay true to ourselves,

Then there is only love to express in so many ways.

Would it be too good to be true if this world would be full of pure love and affection?

No,

That would be the normal thing to happen.

So,

Today,

Let's turn things around.

Let's be less fearful and show more love.

Let's be less stressful and have more fun.

Let's give ourselves permission to taste and to share all the flavors of love,

One by one,

To the core of who we are,

Without any law,

Any limitation,

Any restriction.

Let's jump and laugh and dance and enjoy the time we spend in this planet.

Love is never too much.

No one has the right measures of anything anyway.

It is when we free ourselves from measurements that we finally open the door to the abundance of love that we are.

Thank you Sangeet. I agree with your talk. I agree with every word you said I agree there is no such thing as to much love for ourselves and for those we touch in our lives. The more love we express the more others will do the same. Much love and many hearts to you. ❤️
